For the umpteenth time, dammit, Rubio is not eligible for the position!
Rubio was born in Miami Florida, May 28, 1971, the second son and third child of Mario Rubio and Oria Garcia. His parents were Cubans who had immigrated to the United States in 1956 and were naturalized as U.S. citizens in 1975, four years after his birth. He is therefore not a Natural Born Citizen, so why are you wasting time and money vetting him for a position he is not eligible for?
We have been going round and round for 3 ½ years over this very point of contention because

Almost every article I have read about Marco Rubio lately, describes him as a fast rising young STAR in the Republican Party, who would make a great Vice Presidential candidate and would be a draw for the Latino vote. BS!
Quite frankly I don’t care if he has a Roman candle stuck up his butt to make him rise faster, he still is not eligible.
Take hart Patriots there are a lot of people in this country that know what Natural Born US Citizen means . Marco Rubio wile being a US citizen is not a Natural Born US Citizen . I believe the republican party know that the current fraud and usurper obama is not a natural born US citizen but they bough a bill of goods the leaders of the DNC sold them in 2008 . And that bill of goods was that if they tried to honor oath to the US Constitution our constitutional government would fall . The then House Chair Nancy Pelosi committed treason and put the fraud barack hussein obama name on the DNC ballot knowing full will he was not US Constitutionally qualified to hold office . The hole US Congress is running scared of what might happen if they enforce US Constitutional Law . But it’s not for our country they are worried about but their own complicit act of treason . Mark my words the fraud obama is going down and there will be a lot of government officials going with him before the 2012 Presidential election .

“Ditto” we are basically under a communist coup,this entire administration has declared war on the American people,by all of the Unconstitutional actions they have taken,D’s and R’s alike. Every single one of these politicians or “Elite” as they call theirselves,will be held accountable,for the biggest crime in the history of the world. The “Constitution” is the “Law of the Land” and must be upheld. No politician will fix the problem,it will be “We The People” history is about to repeat itself. Hannity was the only one on fox I watched, at present he is relentlessly pushing Rubio,going against the “Constitution” that he swears to protect. He makes me sick with the hypocrisy. Even Mitt Romney could be facing a problem down the road, because his father was a Mexican citizen. The family had been forced to move to Mexico when Utah received statehood.
Mitt’s grandfather was practicing polygamy and had several wives, but Utah had to ban polygamy to attain statehood. The Romneys chose to relocate. Mitt’s father was born in Mexico and had dual citizenship.
If he did not renounce his Mexican citizenship before Mitt was born, Mitt would share the same problem with Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal and Barack Obama.

Thought provoking commentary on Obama Ballot Challenges ,by Cody. Robt Judy in the GA Supreme court following his latest dismissal, for really strange reasons.
Basically, the Republicans want to defeat BO at the polls, not throw him out (why not?), and since NONE of them has had the guts to question his legitimacy, any confirmation of that question in the courts NOW will make them all look stupid, and conspiratorial (at least half right) and out of a job after November’s results.
Judy looks at it as an opportunity for those who have acknowledged BO’s ‘infirmity’ to score mightily in the Nov Showdown..
But, it makes better reading in his words….check it out?

The objective is to get AKA “Obama” out by hook or crook, which is looking increasingly likely. The combined weight of his own arrogance, stupidity, bad laws/edicts, impeachable acts and the ever present eligibility question, are fatally damaging him. To let him leave without addressing the eligibility question leaves horrible precedents and misses the opportunity to nullify many laws, orders, appointments. We have already achieved much of our objective of getting the word out. This case cost about the same as a NY Times ad and reaches a far better demographic. So far, hundreds of news articles have run on it and it has blanketed the Conservative blogsphere. We would like more penetration of independents, which MSM is fighting us on.
