Mr. Hendershot has asked me to attend this hearing on Monday and to video tape the event. I have been advising Mr. Hendershot to try and focus on the Natural born citizenship issue. Mrs. Orly Taitz will be there too. My thinking is to keep this simple…similar to the two plaintiffs in Georgia that separated from Orly Taitz…attack only the NBC issue. All presidential candidates must provide proof that they are a natural born citizen. Happersett v Minor defines natural born as born on US soil to two citizen parents. Obama has already admitted that he was a British citizen at birth (dual citizen). There has never been a case in history where a dual citizen at birth has ever been declared a “natural born citizen”. This is something that cannot be denied, does not require “standing” and is definitely within the jurisdiction of this court to determine if the candidate has proven that he is a natural born citizen and therefore eligible.
