Almost All States Will Have Challenges Against Obama on the Ballot, This is America’s Only Hope For Survival

This is certainly good news, but we still need more challengers in each state so that we can ensure success.
With the recent erroneous ruling by Georgia Administrative Judge Malihi on NATURAL Born Citizen, we need to ratchet up the fight to have Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution enforced and ensure Obama will not be re-elected because he does not meet the requirements set forth by the Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett.
We most certainly need to find more attorneys to help make sure that all of the details are correct. This takes money. Please market our efforts to those people with funds that can help in our fight. Think and act big!! We are trying to save our country from foreign influence in the White House. Our country cannot survive another 4 years under the British/Kenyan/Indonesian putative President Obama.
We most certainly cannot rely on any of the Republican candidates to beat Obama even in an election without the massive voter fraud that Obama most certainly will repeat again in 2012.

COTUS Article 1 uses US Citizen, which per 14th Amendment is acquired through naturalization and per 8USC1401 by birth in or out of the USA.
From 1885 to 1922 Act XXII of Congress of February 10, 1855, conferred US Citizenship to children born outside the jurisdiction of the US if the father was a US Citizen and had at some time domiciled in the US. The act also derivative naturalized the wife of a man who was a US citizen or whom naturalized.
COTUS Article 2 uses natural born citizen, which must be something different than US Citizen and since it is used to restrict or narrow the eligibility to VP or POTUS, natural born citizen must be more difficult to attain, as such the resulting definition would be, “native born of two 14th Amendment US Citizens.”

If Congress wanted to define natural born citizen apart from Article 1 and the 14th Amendment, then Congress would have revised 8USC1101 Citizenship and Nationals, and 8USC1405 Persons born in Hawaii. But, theses statutes do not. So, what in Hell is Malahi doing?

Could it be counter productive to keep the Obama challenge in the courts?
Under separation of powers Congress cannot touch Obama’s eligibility, which would be an embarrassment considering the Congress passed a non-bind House reso 593 about his citizenship, but oh what a loophole, Congress never said Obama was a natural born citizen, only that he was born in Hawaii.
Obama’s websites in 2008 avoided claiming natural born citizen.
Obama has direct knowledge he fails eligibility.
He keeps mocking the challengers.

I don’t why these people are surprised . Obama is a fraud and a criminal what did we think was going to happen . What I want to know is how come this voter fraud did not come out in 2008 . These people knew about it then and did nothing ? It might have been the mind set that I’m only one person and the system is so big my voice wont be heard . All this to put a black person in office . N. Pelosi should be tried for treason . Ms. Pelosi knew this fraud obama was not US Constitutionally qualified to hold office but said he was anyway. As I have said many times before this fraud obama is going down and he is going to take a lot of US government officials with him .
