AMERICA’S TOUGHEST SHERIFF” TO GIVE PRELIMINARY REPORT ON FIVE-MONTH INVESTIGATION

(Feb. 27, 2012) — In September of last year, Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ,announced that he had called upon a “Cold Case Posse” to investigate the image which Obama had released on April 27, 2011 as his “long-form birth certificate” in the wake of acomplaint of possible fraud brought by residents of his community. Numerous analysts had deemed the image a forgery shortly after it was posted on the internet and on the official White House website.

By the end of October, Arpaio had stated that “The results of a formal law-enforcement investigation into whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president of the United States could come as a “shock.”

Since 2008, a growing number of Americans have questioned whether or not Obama qualifies to serve as president by meeting the “natural born Citizen” requirement in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.  Some questions have focused on the fact that the person he has claimed is his father was never a U.S. citizen; others have questioned his alleged birth on U.S. soil since no hospital has claimed his birth. There have been numerousreports that Obama was born in Kenya or Indonesia.

Beginning with lawsuits filed in 2008, the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to issue a decision on the meaning of the term “natural born Citizen,” and one of the justices has even stated that they are “evading the issue.”  Another has recommended against “looking to the U.S. Constitution” as a guide for the new Egyptian government.

However, previously, the U.S. Supreme Court has referred to the term used in Article II infour cases spanning more than a century of American jurisprudence and appeared to indicate that the citizenship of the parents was a determining factor in whether or not a person was considered a “natural born Citizen.”

Questions remain as to whether or not “natural born Citizen” refers to simply birth on U.S. soil, or if that is the purview of the 14th Amendment.  Democrat Secretary of State Breckinridge Long under President Woodrow Wilson asserted that the citizenship of the parents was vital to determining whether or not a person could be considered “natural born.”

In 2008, Obama gave his assent to Senate Resolution 511, which declared John Sidney McCain III a “natural born Citizen,” although he was born in Colon, Panama on August 30, 1936.  However, McCain had two U.S.-citizen parents, while Obama’s claimed father was a British citizen.  Some have said that citizenship is inherited from the father only; some have stated that one must be born on U.S. soil to two citizen parents to be eligible for the presidency.

The Congressional Research Service has omitted information contained in several court rulings which have adjudicated citizenship, and Atty. Leo Donofrio has reported thatJustia.com has “scrubbed” certain references to the Minor v. Happersett case, which refers to a “natural born Citizen” as being born on U.S. soil to two citizen parents.

In September 2010, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Arpaio, claiming that his office “discriminated against Hispanics,” purportedly to “enforce “Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”  However, the Justice Department under Eric Holder refused to prosecute a “blatant” case of voter intimidation carried out by members of the New Black Panthers in Philadelphia during the 2008 election.  After Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation began its work, the Justice Department publicly accused Arpaio of “engaging in unconstitutional policing” in regard to arrests of Latinos in particular.  The U.S. Justice Department is defending the health care bill signed by Obama in March 2010 in the wake of numerous lawsuits filed against it claiming that the law is unconstitutional.

The online community “Grassfire” recently delivered 100,000 petitions in support of Arpaio in response to the Justice Department’s lawsuit and subsequent accusations.

The U.S. Justice Department also claims that the Obama regime would be “the most transparent Administration in American  history,” even though Obama has refused to release medical, university and school records, and inconsistencies in his life story have plagued his presidency.  Early in 2010, businessman and entrepreneur Donald Trump had asked that Obama release his original long-form birth certificate to satisfy the public’s curiosity.

The Post & Email submitted several questions to the Public Information Office at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office this morning and will provide an update if and when a response is received.

Researcher and blogger Martha Trowbridge asserts that “Barack Obama” is a “synthetic identity,” and that the person known as “Barack Hussein Obama II” was born in New York City on October 28, 1959 as Bari M. Shabazz, the son of Malcolm X and a young woman named Jo Ann Newman, not Stanley Ann Dunham, as Obama’s public life story states.

On February 26, 2012, it was announced that Obama was scheduled to speak at a National Governors’ Association meeting at 11:20 a.m. today, but no news reports of the planned Monday morning event appear to have been published as of 12:24 p.m. ET.  The meeting was to include speeches by Obama, his wife, Joe Biden and his wife.  The story wasupdated today.

The White House has posted no photos from last night’s Governors’ dinner, and the most recent photo is dated February 24, 2012.  The only photo dated today on the White House website features a guitarist named Keb Mo.  At 12:43 p.m., a Reuters photo was releasedwhich showed Biden “introducing” Obama to speak at the Governors’ meeting, but no video of the event appears to be available.

On February 17, 2012, during a visit to San Francisco, an unusually large motorcade,including two ambulances, accompanied Obama on his travels.  The same was true in Seattle, WA.  Why?
