‘America’s Toughest Sheriff’ May Not Enforce President’s Executive Orders

While a few sheriffs around the country have pledged to not enforce the President’s call for stricter gun laws, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio seems to be following in those same footsteps.
“If they’re going to tell the Sheriff he’s going to go around picking up guns from everybody, they’re going to have a problem,” Arpaio said. “I may not enforce that federal law.”
In an interview Wednesday on “The Mike Broomhead Show”, Sheriff Arpaio exclaimed his dissatisfaction with the President’s executive orders calling them “fluff”.
“I’m going to arm all my deputies with automatic weapons,” he said. “I don’t care what they say from Washington.”

Ok, Joe. Now how about refusing to call him ‘President” Obama anymore? And get THAT meme to start taking hold amongst your fellow county sheriffs.
If you want to uphold the bona fide law, then don’t play halfway measures.
You’re used to playing hardball. Let’s see some action in that regard.

GeorgeM , i think the good sheriff Joe Arpaio knows something big is about to brake with the evidence on this fraud and usurper barack hussein obama and is biding his time . You have to remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the cold case posse is the only law enforcement agency that has investigated this pice of garbage now in the White House .

Well, Arpaio waited out a year of campaigning and three years in office before the investigation. It would be nice if he dropped his bomb in time to do something about the second “coronation,” or at least before the 2016 elections, when the torch is passed to Uncle Joe Biden.
Of course, proof of a forged birth certificate, forged draft card application, stolen Social Security numbers and more constitutes an entire squadron’s bombload dropped already and that doesn’t seem to be sufficient.

This question keeps coming up, but no specific answers…Yet. Again, it becomes pertinent to the topic because all of Sheriff Joe’s research seems to show that Obama isn’t eligiblle to be POTUS. More accurate might be ‘unfit, or not qualified’. Remember, the Constitution says “eligible”, not qualified. Everyone is eligible to become a Doctor, but no one is qualified without the requisite education. Obama is not eligible because he is missing at least one factor. If, by some unfortunate discovery he were to gain the acquire the missing factors, the whole ‘arguement’ of his ability to hold office evaporates. The question of his fitness or qualification to hold office will then be up to the electorate to decide (which they seem to have done). This however adds absolutely nothing to his legal right to do so.
The question… How do apparent failures (according to a minority of the voters) of his fitness or qualifications to be President make him in eligible to do so

NOTE…make that “Ineligible to even run for that office,” when the Constitution says nothing about fitness, qualification, or any type of specific ineligibility?
If any of the present or future court cases pushing these charges even get out of the starting blocks, how long will it take an honest judge to dismiss the case for lack of merit?
Can Obama prove he is eligible, to the accepted rules of evidence, to have even run for the office in 2008, providing someone could get into the proper court?
