Obama’s attorney is pulling out all the stops to disrupt justice in America, to stop the removal from the ballot of an Unconstitutional presidential candidate. First, he tried to dismiss the case. Then he tried to stop legal subpoenas. Then he advised his client to skip the hearings. Now, he’s trying behind the scenes to take the case out of its proper jurisdiction. They are playing hardball. They are desperate.
If everything is legitimate, why not just show up in court, produce the evidence and make the legal arguments? I think we know the answer.

Problem.
“Kenya” did not exist as a nation in 1961, the year Obama was (ostensibly) born.
It did not exist as “Kenya” until 1963. Prior to that, it was known as the East Africa
Protectorate, Kenya Colony. Prior to 1920, it was known as “British East Africa.”
2. The second point on this “long-form birth certificate” leaves the State of Hawaii
with some explaining to do as well–after all, it’s their certificate.
Problem.
The place of birth (hospital) is listed as Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital.
You see, that hospital seemingly did not exist in 1961, as I quote from the correspondence I received:
This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called “KauiKeolani Children’s Hospital”
and “Kapi’olani Maternity Home”, respectively. The name did not change to
Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged.
How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961
if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

I have no intention to be offensive but would like some answers, to settle doubts.
My belief: The historical definition of Natural Born,
“Parents citizens, born in country”,
as recorded in the writings of John Jay in Federalist Papers, the Congressional Record March 26, 1790, the source book, ‘Law of Nations’, Vattel, 1758 and numerous other places. The purpose was to exclude persons that could reasonably have divided loyalties from the Presidency and being Commander in Chief of the armed forces.
I’m not some wild rumor monger, I am a concerned serious citizen who has the perspective of a person who worked overseas for a large international engineering and construction company, as a worker and supervisor of civilian expatriate employees. Had to know the customs, laws, rules and a lot of do and don’t to keep myself or others out of serious trouble. Two of the many countries were Kenya and Indonesia.
When you were elected to the U S Senate there were were reports you were not a citizen of the US and that you were born in Kenya, where I worked on a refinery project for Royal Dutch Shell. I contacted people, who I worked with long enough to know them to be reliable, they quoted publish articles in which your paternal grandmother bragged that her grandson, the Senator, being born in Mombasa, she further stated that she and your 1/2 sister were present at the birth. There was also an article in the local weekly newspaper quoting from the Mombasa Coast Hospital birth records.
Did not think to much about it, figured if true, it would come out.
Later, I had a chance to examine your books, “Dreams from My Father” and “The Audacity of Hope.” and I found numerous things damaging to U S citizenship claims, and now that you occupy the Presidency, the Constitutional requirement to be Natural Born.
1. You went to school in Indonesia at a time when it was my understanding that it was necessary to be a citizen of Indonesia to go to school there.
2. Your were adopted by your Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, as I understand the adoption law at that time, this law made you an Indonesian citizen when adopted, loosing all other citizenships, dual citizenship was not allowed.
3. In the adoption procedure your prior sir name was lost and your sir name was legally changed to Soetoro, and your parents gave you the first name Barry according to available written records.
4. You say you traveled to Pakistan during a period of martial law. My experience was no person with a U S passport could get a Visa or would be permitted entry (except diplomatic). I could not get in with a U S passport. I conclude that you used some other passport, logically an Indonesian passport since you were legally an Indonesian citizen due to the adoption law in Indonesia.
The only logical conclusions I can draw from the above:
Your legal name is Barry Soetoro, (Subarkah) and a citizen of Indonesia.
You are a not U S Citizen, Therefore could not be a Natural Born US Citizen either.
I believe your place of birth was Kenya, but points 1. through 4. above make it mute plus there are several other reasons, below are two of these:
Your father, Barrack Obama, Sr. was a British (Kenya) citizen, under the historical definition of Natural Born, having a non citizen parent is disqualifying.
Also Your father, Barrack Obama, Sr. being a British (Kenya) citizen, made you a British citizen at birth regardless of where born according to ‘The British Nationality Act of 1948’. If you were born in the US you had dual citizenship which also is disqualifying.
A side issue:
Your Mother’s age at your birth, caused a legal impediment for filing a request for “Certificate of Live Birth” when you returned to the US. This would suggest that this is the reason that you have not released such request or the original hospital record.
In order to fully resolve your eligibility question all of the following records must also be released. “Full Transparency” as guaranteed during your Presidential campaign is required, if there is nothing to hide why not release all immediately.
1. Fulbright Scholarship applications, 2. Occidental College records, 3. Columbia College records, 4. Columbia Thesis paper, 5. Harvard College records, 6. Selective Service Registration, (not the forged record released), 7. Medical records in US,
8. Illinois State Senate records, 9. Law practice client list, 10. Certified Copy of original hospital (vault) Birth certificate, 11. Copy of the request for the “Certificate of Live Birth” , 12. Claimed Harvard Law Review articles published, 13. Claimed University of Chicago scholarly articles, 14. Record of Christian Baptism or Muslim blessing at birth in Kenya hospital by attending Inman, 15. Adoption documents from Indonesia, 16. Indonesian passport , 17. Mombasa Kenya hospital records that are specifically sealed by Kenya government.
If these had been released all questions past and the growing flood of law suits would go away.
I am not an attorney or a part of any legal action against you or the DNC.
I am plain ordinary independant citizen who has questions, the same questions that millions of other informed citizens are now asking.
A growing number of people believe that you are an unconstitutional usurper of the Presidency of the United State and therefore guilty of many criminal acts.
Please release the documents or resign admitting gross fraud, being ineligible to hold or run for any government elective office in the United States.

I think most of these people have been contacted before, to no effect. If you want results, file a ballot challenge with your Secy’ of State, stating your contact info, standing nature of complaint, statutes violated, specific complaint, evidence, remedy desired (ballot removal, punishment under citations. Copy defendants and all respondents. Study other complaints on this site. Check rules and deadlines.

If I had a question, it would be, when a child is born, don’t they take a foot print of the baby’s foot? Where is the foot print of obama? Would it be in Hawaii? Would it be in Kenya? Would obama say he had it but it got lost in Chicago. Where is Trump? He was all excited he got obama to show a birth certificate. Was it real?
I don’t know. I do have suspicions with this guy. When it was thought that Romney’s father was not an American, the left immediately attacked him until it was proved his father was a U.S. citizen. We all know obama’s father was NOT a citizen. So…what is the problem here? If the father has to be an American citizen for someone to run for president, seems to me case is closed!

Bear in mind:
The decision of any court in the USA is valid, recognized and stands in effect and all of the 50 states are obligated to conform to this decision in any similar case that comes before it until either the case is dismissed or overturned.
Ask any legal mind and they will agree….
This entire scenario has shown to me that the current system
of American justice is either weak or needs to be brought up to the reality of life in America
