An Open Letter to Ken Bennett, Arizona Secretary of State:
Dear Secretary of State Bennett:
It has become very clear that our federal government will not do anything regarding the enigma called Barack Hussein Obama II. It is also clear that the GOP and the media have been apparently compromised and are complicit in this fraud called Obama. That leaves only the Secretary of State of Arizona, and the secretaries of state across America to step in and protect the U.S. Constitution from the soon to arrive Obama nomination papers from the D.N.C. and the continuance of the Obama travesty.
I have attached the affidavits of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Investigator Mike Zullo of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office regarding their findings of probable cause that the Obama Certificate of Live Birth is a computer generated forgery and the Selective Service System Registration form is a probable forgery. These affidavits were obtained from the Florida court system and are extremely unsettling. I am suggesting to others that these affidavits be posted as advertisements in the national press to inform the public how our elected officials are shirking their responsibilities to uphold the Constitution of the United States. In view of the attached affidavits, I would ask that you reconsider your oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution for the State of Arizona and keep Barack Hussein Obama II, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, off the Arizona presidential ballot in November. As you will recall, the Verification Letter from the State of Hawaii, which you previously accepted, didn’t even bother to include Barack Hussein Obama’s date of birth. Your acceptance of the Hawaii Verification Letter document is a disservice to Arizona citizens and the rule of law.
Secretary Bennett, please take the time to seriously read the disturbing attached affidavits and tell Arizona that you still have full confidence in Barack Hussein Obama II’s identity and his eligibility to be the D.N.C. nominee for the 2012 presidential election.
You alone have the power to say ”NO” to the D.N.C. and their phantom, enigma candidate called Barack Hussein Obama II. My expectation is that you will honor your oath and end the deception and fraud that appears to be overtaking our government and transforming our nation into a Marxist state. Your country and your children’s future demands nothing less than to stand up for America at this critical time in our history.

To SOS Bennett:
As you know, I and many others are very dissatisfied with your performance on the Obama ballot challenge situation. After initially giving us the impression that you would act on behalf of the law and citizens, you quickly knuckled under to political pressure and accepted a half-baked, dissembling statement from Hawaii DOH, without demanding the actual standard of proof– an original hard copy, certified long form birth certificate. There is no valid reason why this should not be supplied. At this point, after so many lies and so much evasion from HI, it would be preferable to thoroughly vet the vault copy and/or microfilm, as well.
In addition, you seem to be ignoring slam dunk proof of forgery of the digital birth certificate image on whitehouse.gov, forged draft registration, illegal use of others’ Social Security numbers and more. The Sheriff Arpaio Cold Case Posse and many other sources have provided very strong evidence of felony document/identity fraud, yet you have done almost nothing and have not even called for AG action. These do not seem like the actions of a competent Secretary of State carrying out his duties and oath of office. We will not be very sympathetic to any pleas that you took no action because others didn’t.
Finally, Obama has himself admitted that his father was a foreigner, who in fact was never a citizen and was even deported by the United States, therefore he is NOT a natural born Citizen and is ineligible to be President. Please take immediate action to rectify this situation, as it will be far more difficult and even riskier to the safety of the country if it is not attended to now. Demand the REAL proof or take the usurper OFF the ballot. Do you want to be remembered as the ONE AZ official who could have acted, but lacked the courage and diligence to– or will you FINALLY do your legal duty to your constituents, the state, the nation? We will NOT forget either way.

Dear Ken,
I and countless other AZ citizens echo Brian’s concerns and once more ask you to honor your oath of office. We cannot simply ignore the affidavits resulting from an official law enforcement investigation, which attest under oath that the key identifying document of the man whom the Democrats will officially “certify” as their candidate is not legally reliable.
Alvin Onaka of the HDOH did not verify any of the questions you specifically asked him to verify: i.e., the date and place of birth, first and foremost among those items. Therefore it is legally impossible for any official to state with legal certainty that he is “Constitutionally-eligible.” So how can you fulfill your own sworn duty to “certify” under oath that their perjurious oath is as it is represented to be (see Article IX, Rule 901 – Federal Rules of Evidence)? In short, Ken, you cannot, unless you simply ignore the law itself, as well as the manifest truth.
We, of course, will be watching whatever you may choose to do, Ken.

Ken Bennet is guilty as sin but is only 1/50th of the poroblem that everyone is facing. There are 49 other states besides Az and Ken just followed suit hoping to be hidden by the other guilty parties. Add the United States Senate, the House of represenatives and the Supreme courts across the land plus a heapin helpin of state anld Federal judges. I’m sure Ken Bennett feels relatively safe because he can’t imagine in his lifetime ever having that many individuals being prosecuted for not upholding their oaths and doing their duties. Ken surely thinks he shall survive this Tsunami because he is surrounded by incompetency. There will only be Justice when the nation of fools we have elected or appointed are all brought to Justice and stand before the American People to answer for their crimes and incompetence.

This is technically not true. From Dr. Onaka’s verification to SoS Bennett,
“1. A birth certificate is on file with the Department of Health indicating that Barack Hussein Obama, II was born in Honolulu, Hawaii”
And
“5. Name of Hospital: Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”
SoS Bennett may have been guided by the recent Arizona Court decision in Allen v. Obama, if so he would not be interested in any other information on the BC as the court ruled that birth in Hawaii made President Obama a natural born citizen.
From Judge Richard E. Gordon’s March 7, 2012 opinion:
“Most importantly, Arizona courts are bound by United States Supreme Court precedent in construing the United States Constitution, Arizona v. Jay J. Garfield Bldg. Co., 39 Ariz. 45, 54, 3 P.2d 983, 986 (1931), and this precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 702-03 (1898) (addressing U. S. Const. amend. XIV); Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678, 684-88 (Ind. App. 2010) (addressing the precise issue). Contrary to Plaintiff’s assertion, Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874), does not hold otherwise.”

Just got back on-line. Sorry for the delay. Here are my answers:
1. I am holding in my hands a copy of Mr. Onaka’s official “Verification.”
The first thing he “verifies” (in quotes because that is the word he uses) is:
“A birth certificate is on file with the Department of Health indicating that
Barack Hussein Obama, II was born in Honolulu, Hawaii”. Mr. Onaka does,
in fact, verify, in order, the ten specific items listed in Secretary Bennett’s
March 30, 2012, letter to the DOH. He does not, however, verify the precise
items specified on the official application itself – the first of which is the alleged
“Date of Birth: August 4, 1961.” The second is the “Place of Birth: City or Town
- Honolulu, Island – Oahu.” So, in theory (I’m being legalistic here – which, of
course, is precisely the approach that has been taken by both the White House
and the State of Hawaii in denying access to the one tangible document that would
have dispelled this entire matter four years ago, and still could), Mr. Onaka did “verify”
the place of birth when he verified that “a birth certificate is on file…indicating that
[he] was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.” (Emphasis added.) I say, “in theory” because the
term “indicating” isn’t necessarily binding. IOW, yes, he’s verifying that that have a
certificate that “indicates” certain things, but that is not legally the same as verifying that
those specific facts are legally true. (See Klayman-Bauer letter of August 29, 2012.)
More to the point, however, is the obvious and indisputable fact that he DID NOT verify
the date of birth – the first item on the official application.
And while you didn’t acknowledge the point, he also steadfastly (and legalistically) refused
to verify that the digital image (printed copy thereof, actually) “is a true and accurate
representation of the original record in your files” – stating only (in very poor grammar, I
hasten to add) “that the information in the copy…matches the original record in our files.”
Given that each of the previous ten items were verified word for word, to assume that he
missed the obvious significance of the specific question (Is this a “true and accurate
representation of the original record in your files”?), and just sloppily replied that “the
information” matches, is entirely implausible. This was not a “verification” that the DOH
was taking lightly – after 3 months of obfuscating on what is typically a one-week request.
2. As for the court decision, that in no way informs the State of Hawaii’s statutory legal
responsibility to verify “any other information that the applicant provides to be verified
relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.” That language is unmistakable.
Without having legal verification of the date of birth, there is no other legal proof of his
compliance with the Constitutionally-specified age requirement, even if we were to accept
the verification of a certificate “indicating” that he was born in Honolul, HI. A “Late” or
“Altered” certificate would indicate exactly that, although those facts would not have full
“probative value.” (See HRS 338-17 Late or altered certificate as evidence.)
