Another Florida Ballot Challenge Coming to Tallahassee

Judge Stanley Mills ruled today, July 10, 2012, in the Pasco County Florida
ballot challenge case against Barack Obama, to transfer the case to Leon
County (Tallahassee). Jerry Collette, the plaintiff, had argued that his
case should proceed in Pasco County, under the rule that venue is proper in
the county where he suffered his damages.
Collette said, “Apparently, the judge did not want this hot potato. Passing
my case off to Tallahassee got it off his plate. I am glad that he did not
toss it out completely, which he certainly could have done. I am still
hoping that a judge, somewhere, will allow a case like this to proceed on
the merits and order the original birth documents produced.”
Sam Sewell, Director of Florida Ballot Challenge, said, “We still need more
plaintiffs to file similar cases. Some judge, somewhere, is waiting for
somebody to show up with one of these ballot challenge cases. The more cases
people file, the more likely we are to find that one courageous judge that
we have been seeking.”
Collette stated he would not appeal this ruling now, but would proceed in
Tallahassee. It could take several weeks for Collette’s case to show up in
Tallahassee and for the pending motions to get calendared for hearings. We
will post updates, including the new case number and judge’s name, as we
know them.

@ George—Did u tell Sheriff Joe to invite Ted Nugent and Donald Trump to his newser on July 17? I think it’s worth a try! Axlerod and Biden both made comments to the Hispanic community that Romney wanted to see their papers but he didn’t want to show his “tax returns for the Bain years” not a word from Romney or FoxNews about Obama’s papers. We don’t even know Obama’s real name or who his daddy was and he wants to see Romney’s ? We are in deep dodo. Remember that Ron Paul plans to sue the GOP at the convention. Is it posable that at the convention they will deside that Romney can’t win and maybe come away with a West/Palin ticket?

The Sheriff doesn’t respond well to our instructions, or he would have already filed complaints with Attorneys General all over –and more.
Romney is a weak candidate. Obama is weaker. Keep in mind that Reagan trailed Carter by 8 or 9 percent at this point in the campaign in 1980. But Romney is no Ronald Reagan.
Don’t know if another GOP candidate could be brought in at this point. As far as third parties, only Gary Johnson is capable of getting more than a percent or so, mostly at the expense of Romney. If Ron Paul ran third party, the same thing would happen, but he’d get a lot more votes.

Ok George, I just don’t see any harm in asking. and WOW did u see Hannity? He said Obame should show his college papers! maybe he and others will start on that. And to “Ralph” maybe it will be a different judge this time. I was reading a post on “Obama release your records” the post was from a guy saying that he had talked to his congressman and he had promised to listen to Sheriff Joe’s newser on July 17 we will see! It’s not a birther issue. It’s a criminal issue. Maybe Mitt will pick West but I won’t hold my breath. See ya later!

George I was thinkin about what u said about Reagan/Carter , Romney is no Ronald Reagan And if I remember correctly there wasn’t to much voter fraud back then. This time there will be MASSIVE voter fraud. Mitt would have to win by a landslide and I don’t see that happening. God help us!
