More than a million signatures on as many petitions to secede from the Union. What does this mean? People are angry and the direction our country has taken, and they have had enough. But is a petition of secession the answer? Or is there another way?
Walter Fitzpatrick III (USN, Ret.) of Tennessee, is taking a different direction. Tonight Walt will explain why he filed a formal criminal complaint (see below) naming Obama and his criminal assistants in the commission of treason. Walter Fitzpatrick will tell us how you can do it and most importantly, WHY you should.

A famous lawyer told me tonight that officials may just throw Cmdr. Fitzpatrick’s jury presentments in the garbage. I replied: just like they’re throwing our ballot challenges in the garbage. I believe that all of the legal efforts have more publicity value, moral force and setting the stage for future actions, than anything else. Ever since Roberts flipped on Obamacare, I have had zero faith in the corrupt court system and the Politbureau which passes for a Republic’s legislature. It will take stronger medicine to heal this beast. Especially after the usurper’s faux “victory.”
Quick summary of what I heard on the show:
Yeah, basically criminal complaints. Fitzpatrick is trying to get them through established grand juries, not just ad hoc citizens’ grand juries. He is also done with petitions.
He mentioned that a judge told him his presentments must be acted on by a judge or US Attorney for them to have effect. So, they make the rules?
Said Obama is a common criminal, a thug, who could be arrested for felonies- treason, felony fraud, with no impeachment even needed.
Said Klayman jury results not accepted by judge, because not in his home district. mentioned his own presentments to Orly Taitz’s uddy Royce Lambert and Todd Campbell (TN). His current effort is directed at TN. Says the Knoxville GJ’s do have presentment authority.
He mentioned obamacrimes in office, such as illegal war, Obama illegally presiding over UN Security Council, Fast ‘n Furious, etc. I have a better LIST.
He pointed out that Biden is President of the Electoral College. This is like Alice in Wonderland.
There was talk of attempting to thwart the 2/3 quorum requirement to push the decision into the House of Reps. THAT would be a coup. We need some media celebrity support and/or big-name pol. support to make that happen.

Whats this? Congress showing interest in getting rid of Obama ? Why don’t they do something about his “Natural Born Citizen” status as he is not eligible to hold the office because of it. Then I will show some support and some interest.

The U.S. Suprememe Court is supposed to have this in Conference where Dr. Orly Taitz gave to Judge Roberts to confer about with with the other justices.
Roberts swore Obama into office this time around, so that makes me wonder if Roberts is in the mood to unswear him. Contact Dr. Taitz and combine efforts. She has 7 or so thousand signatures going out to Congress of citizens wanting this usurper looked into.
They said at first 25,000 then changed it to 100,000 to make it more difficult. Wonder what Obama has over Congress to make them so silent on this? The newsmedia, about 90 percent is blacked out. This tells me that this country seems about taken over.
These Congressmen/women have allowed a common criminal like Bill Ayers to help overthrow this government and he is designing propaganda for students as we speak. This man should never have been allowed out of jail. They need the whole lot in for treason and Obama in prison for being a foreign agent and working against this country.
