Susan Daniels’ ballot challenge was dismissed. She rightly claimed that failure to have a valid Social Security number is a crime and suggests that he can’t get a real one (he used a stolen number on his tax return, draft registration and who knows where else). The judge didn’t agree that should keep the usurper “Obama” off the ballot and seemed disinclined to pursue it. So, she also filed a criminal complaint and Jack Cashill writes about the situation.

Re: released two (2) foregd images of a Certification of Live Birth . In order to see the Certification there has to be images, of course. The images were NOT foregd. Only two guys, who will not give their real names and who will not give their training as forensic experts claim that it was foregd. The officials have repeatedly confirmed the facts on the document. They have not confirmed the image, quite properly because they are not document experts and because an image can be manipulated. But they have not said that it is false either, and they have repeatedly confirmed the fact on it. What would be the point in forging a document if you can get one (and in fact did get one) that says the same thing simply by applying for it? NO official and no opponent of Obama ever said that the document was foregd. The officials confirm the facts on it. The original meaning of Natural Born was simply born in the country, and dual nationality has no effect on it. No foreign law can affect the fact that someone was born in the USA, and no foreign law can take away the fact that under our law someone who is born in the USA legally must have sole allegiance to the USA. The other country naturally disagrees, but it is our law that we are discussing, and it is our law that applies. Shirece, most of what you said is easily disprovable nonsense. Dozens of experts, including an officials Sheriff’s dept. investigation, have proven the birth certificate image is a fraud. They have given their names and some have submitted court affidavits. If they are fraudulent, where are their prosecutions?

I’ll ask you the same question I ask all the Obots: if it is legit, why not allow vetting of the hard copy certified long form birth certificate? Doesn’t it seem a little suspicious? You would think he would be anxious to clear this up and show his vaunted “transparency,” right ?

Bottom line is that the usurper hasn’t produced a shred of valid, legal evidence of his eligibility. In addition, he is ineligible because his father was a foreigner. The recent Hassan v FEC case confirms that 14th Amendment changed NOTHING about eligibility, which has shut up many loudmouthed Obots- at least those with a bit of sense. We don’t know where he was born, but we know he has provided no real proof of where he was born. If this hurts electoral results, he has no one to blame but himself.
He was considered an Indonesian citizen, maybe still is. This info was provided via Orly Taitz years ago. We have proof that his legal name was barry Soetoro. Maybe it still is. Maybe that’s why the usurper is hiding his school records, health records, college records, etc.
