you can’t file with Sec of State and AG, they are the ones, who sent the approval of Obama’s candidacy to the commission in the first place. Commission confirmed their decision.
I will be filing with the Supreme Court of NH.

Georgia
Good news in GA: Judge Malihi not only granted me pro hac vice, he also granted me leave of court to file an amended complaint and extension of time. Tentative date for trial Jan 12-16 in Atlanta, GA. I posted it on my blog

Hawaii
In HI judge Nishimura denied defendant’s motion to exclude cameras, TV. She also allowed me to file an amended motion. I am trying to correlate public hearing with the Chief Elections officer in HI and hearing with Judge Nishimura, so it is one after another and I don’t have to travel twice
