Just got this from Plaintiff Ed Noonan. They have been playing ping-pong with this case since January 6. It had not even shown up on their system.

Just received today:

from the Superior Court.

(Page 1 which says:)

NOTICE OF REASSIGNED CASE NUMBER

Case title: Noonan, et al, vs. Debra Brown (sic) and Officially as the California Secretary of State, et al

(it truly says BROWN and not BOWEN)

And then it says,

‘The above entitled action having been initiated by a Writ of Mandate, the clerk’s office hereby assigns an appropriate number to this file. Original dates of all filiings shall remain the same.

THE NEWLEY ASSIGNED NUMBER IS:

34-2012-80001048

Please ensure that all future filings reference this new number.
