Cody Robert Judy Will Pursue Obama’s Ineligibility to the Ends of the Earth or SCOTUS, Which Ever Comes First

Cody has been pursuing the Obama eligibility issue since 2008. He never quits. Well, at least we proved that there are no honest judges, so far. I laugh when some obot or clueless sheeple say that we have no case, because a court ruled against us somewhere. You see, if you actually read the court papers, you will find some outrageous decisions, circular logic, citing non-precedents, denying or ignoring others, ignoring/twisting the law and even the Constitution. It’s been quite an education, although we have seen such things before.

Examples
When the ballot challenges kicked off in November, 2011, the NH Ballot Law Commission ignored their own laws and said a candidate only had to fill out a form and pay $1000 to run for President on the NH ballot. An Affirmative Action judge in AL said that the Democratic Party’s decision on who to run was good enough for AL. A recent law graduate representing “Obama” in NJ said even Mickey Mouse could run for President on the NJ ballot. The judge must have agreed, since he ruled in her favor. A California judge agreed with the SOS that she didn’t have to vet candidates, even though she had previously and ruled it “discretionary, ” so that she could disqualify only those she wanted to, ignoring a Supreme Court precedent.

More than one politician or constitutional attorney has stated that three quarters of federal laws passed are unconstitutional, as well as many court rulings. So, what to do about it? My experience in business for nearly 5 decades demonstrated to me that even if you can’t dislodge someone or something dysfunctional, they usually do the job for you over time, essentially self-destructing. AA calls it “hitting bottom,” which they assert must happen before someone can begin the road to recovery. Are we there yet?

In the meantime, we are gathering the evidence, collecting names, documenting offenses, being The Resistance. We’ll need much of it later. This can come in handy when powerful forces eventually have had enough of him and his enablers and want to pull the plug, much as “Obama” did with Petraeus. I’m amazed it hasn’t already happened. Hopefully, it will be done relatively peacefully, legally and not chaotically and violently. Donations may be made to Cody in that spirit.

We really need to show the Court that more then half America is watching and supporting this effort. I need contributions immediately and I believe we could get them if we had just a little friendly push in the media.
You meetings with Mitt Romney and a few other Candidates for President from the Republican Party were indeed covered by the press, so it follows that this would be seen as a serious challenge to Obama’s eligibility, and to have this happen at this juncture of the election process because no Electoral Count has occurred is very good and prime.

There are many things we can do to showcase this case to the United States Supreme Court before they consider their decision to grant or deny the Petition for Rehearing.

Obama has committed so Many Evil, Despicable Crimes he should be REMOVED, PROSECUTED for besides being a Communist which even the Russian Paper “Pravada” recognizes has been re-elected by an “illiterate society”. Especially, TREASON, FRAUD not only Voter Fraud for being re-elected, which he does not deserve under any circumstances because he is Ineligible! Congress apparently does not have the fortitude or integrity to stand up to this illegal alien to hold his feet to the fire in proving by disclosing his college, birth, passport records which he has spent millions of dollars on hiding. That should be a RED FLAG from the very beginning what kind of person he is. Plus being the World’s Biggest Liar and everyone should know that he is a pathological Liar after 4 years of continuing to shovel it out for all Americans. He CANNOT BE TRUSTED FOR ANYTHING!

FYI, on July 25th respondent Barack H. Obama waved his right to respond to the petition for writ of certiorari . When the appellee waives his right to a response it almost always is followed by a denial of the petition.
