Please take notice of Petitioner’s intent to file an order to show cause application at the Kings County Supreme Court Building at 11 AM on the 10th Floor intake at 360 Adams Street on Monday November 19, 2012 for a preliminary injunction relief pending a declaratory judgment on issues of law; e.g., Are public officers to be held liable as accessories to felonies in usurpation of Office of POTUS and Ballot access? Are public officers presented with the facts of Barack Obama ineligibility able to change qualifications before the Electoral College Vote scheduled December 15, 2012?
Does Hakeem Jeffries having been elected to the House have a conflict of interest when also being a New York Elector too?Note that the Certified mail with return receipt for the Westchester DA is 70121010000068748690, and
Washington County DA is 70121010000068748706,
and
Further, the Address on the affidavit for the Albany DA was properly sent to the Albany Address
Further, that the USPS Clerk failed to provide a receipt for:
the Notice to the Erie County DA is CC /RR #70101870000042924467
and
Further, the Notice to the Nassau County DA is CC /RR #70101870000042924498
And
Further, there is an affidavit of service (to be uploaded) of copies of the Notices to the respective 29 Obama Electors who are public officers

It is illegal for any member of Congress to BE named as a State’s Elector to the EC.
