9th “Circus” Court of Appeals Panel hears the Barnett, Keyes, Drake case in May, 2011. Only 15 minutes to plead each of the two cases was allowed.

 

Regular followers of the eligibility movement have seen much of this. The Barnett, Drake, Keyes, et al, case was heard by a three judge panel in May, 2011, just days after the forged “birth certificate” release and the highly coincidental timing of the alleged killing of Osama bin Ladin, so it was nearly lost in the shuffle.  Both of your Obama Ballot Challenge editors were there. One, Capt. Pamela Barnett, was a plaintiff.
