COMPLAINT – DEMAND THAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA (AKA BARRY SOETORO BE TAKEN OF THE ELECTION BALLOT IN NEW HAMPSHIRE BECAUSE HE IS NOT AN ARTICLE II, SECTION I, CLAUSE 5 ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT
| The NH Sheriff’s Offices receives its legally mandated authority from the New Hampshire Constitution, Part #2 Article 71, and additionally from the New Hampshire revised Statutes Annotated, (RSA) section {104:6}. All High Sheriffs or the elected official of the county are authorized to appoint deputies to assist in carrying out the duties mandated by the laws of the United States. The State of New Hampshire, and local ordinances.High Sheriffs are the chief law enforcement officer of their respective counties. They are responsible for assuring the effectiveness of each Sheriff’s Office, while providing the public with the high level of service the expect.Every sworn deputy is required to take an oath of office to uphold the laws and the Constitution of the United States, and the State of New Hampshire. This oath is administered by the Sheriff.Faith in the performance of the Sheriff’s Office is confirmed every two years when the position of High Sheriff comes up for election.

Barry Soetoro (AKA Barack Hussein Obama II) may illegally be placed in the ballot in New Hampshire and this must be stopped. Mr. Obama/Soetoro is ineligible for the office because he does not fulfill
Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution which the Sheriff’s are sworn to uphold and defend.
Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama is not a Natural Born citizen because be Soetoro/Obamas’s admission in his autobiography and other documents was not a U.S. citizen or even a legal resident of the United States. To cover his tracks, there is compelling evidence that Mr. Obama/Soetoro is using a social security number that is invalid (reported as invalid by Homeland Security E-Verify program) and a fraudulent birth certificate that shows clear and convincing evidence of tampering. Our Founders put a critical protection in the U.S. Constitution to ensure that no person with real or possible foreign loyalties could be the Commander in Chief of the Military.
There is ONLY ONE office named in the Constitution that calls for NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP as a requirement for the office. The office of the president of the United States. Read Articles II, Section I, Clause 5.
For all other offices the requirement is to be a CITIZEN (which today includes 14th Amendment citizens). The NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP requirement for the office of president stand as it did the day the Constitution was signed; unchanged by the 14th Amendment.
By his own admission Barry Soetory (AKA Barack Hussein Obama II)’s father was a Kenyan born British subject who never attained U.S. citizenship or even legal residency status. Soetoro/Obama knows the truth, Congress knows, the Democrat National Committee knows, the
Republican National Committee knows, many in the mainstream media know.
Read the opinion of Supreme Court Justice Morrison Waite (1875) for yourself. The case is called Minor v. Happersett. The Supreme Court has never given another opinion since then. You will at last know the facts with certainty with full documentation. The facts can be read in these links.

To me Barrack Obama seems more like a dictator than a president. He is doing so much to destroy this country and is violating so many rules contained in the U.S Constitution. Considering the damage he has done to the country, I have been convcined that he is determined to destroy this country. By the way, if you want to play a real part in making sure that this man is not re-elected, one of Obama’s campaign websites have a blog that you can troll by attacking him with your comments. Maybe that way, you can convince at least a few of his supporters not to make another destructive vote. Also, PLEASE consider donating a few dollars to “TakeTheSenate.com”!!

Therefore every person born within the United States, its territories or districts, whether the parents are citizens or aliens, is a natural born citizen in the sense of the Constitution, and entitled to all the rights and privileges appertaining to that capacity. William Rawle, 1826.Rawle was a personal friend of Ben Franklin and attended meets at Franklin’s home with other Founders/Framers in the months before the Constitutional Convention. And President Washington named him to be the United States District Attorney for Pennsylvania.
