Democrat “Birther” Phil Berg’s Law License Suspended

Berg has been harassing attorney Orly Taitz for years with bogus complaints. According to her, he finally got his comeuppence on a similar case. Orly’s complaint and others are still active, which should give Phil something to occupy himself while under suspension.

Philip Berg who together with Gary Kreep is harassing me and investigator Neil Sankey, has been suspended from practicing law for one year and one day. See below

his previous offense, but very similar. He used the same forger Lisa Liberi and both of them defrauded the board, filed perjured testimony and according to the board investigator filed documents with a forged (cut and pasted signature). My complaint and complaints of many others are still being investigated by the board, still active.

Why did that get him only a one-year suspension?

George: Firstly, he has not been suspended. Orly has been informed, but apparently does not care to correct here error, which is certainly not uncommon for her.
The entry on the docket for Berg is the hearing committee’s recommendation, not the decision of the Supreme Court of PA, which could agree or come down with less or more discipline. It could be weeks to even months before that final decision comes down. If you check docket yourself you will see he is still listed as “Active”. http://www.padisciplinaryboard.org/pa_attorney_info.php?id=9867&pdcount=10 And will be until at least the Supreme Court of PA acts on this recommendation. I frankly believe it should be more than the recommendation, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
Additionally, whatever the outcome, none of it… zero, zip, nada… has anything at all to do with Orly/Berg interactions.

I have mixed feelings in learning of this difficulty. There are many of us in the Obama-eligibility community, but many also who need to be persuaded as to the legitimacy of our cause, and this sort of nonsense within our own ranks will not gain us more converts. I am in PA, and actually do not live far from Berg (20 miles or so) and I wrote to him 2 different times with questions or such about anti-Obama legal matters and never got a reply. Probably my identifying myself as a conservative GOP anti-Obama activist when Berg is a well-known Dem had a lot to do with it-I don’t know. I respect Berg for what he has done in his anti-Obama eligibility legal work, and recognize that he has undoubtedly earned himself much hatred among his fellow Dems-probably even more than a non-Dem such as myself would have. I would like to see him continue in his work; needless to say, I greatly respect Orly as well. Regardless of how this shakes out, perhaps it could be easy enough for Berg and Orly to stay out of each others way and concentrate on the real enemy which they both do so well.

Both Philip Berg and Orly Taitz are after the same thing as We The People ( a legal sitting US President ) which we do not have at the present time . So stop all the infighting and combined forces . We The People just want the truth to come out about this fraud and usurper barack hussein obama .

Charles: Not so sure of that. Berg is a Hillary supporter who was trying to get her rivals out of way.
- He disputes that Obama is using stolen Social Security numbers.
- He does not seem to to buy into the natural born Citizen arguments advanced by nearly all in the eligibility movement and instead focuses/(focused) exclusively on the unproven Kenyan birth theory (although there is some evidence supporting that).
The facts are that Obama has NOT proved his eligibility, has offered a forged birth certificate, forged draft registration, stolen Social Security numbers E-Verify fail, and much other evidence tat he is NOT eligible. Why is he hiding his records?
