Subscribe to get instant updates. 0 Share Print Email Arpaio says Cold Case Posse’s investigation ‘will not disappoint’ PHOENIX – The Arizona 2012 Project hosted special guests during its Monday evening meeting, which drew attendees from across the state. Chairman Ron Ludders introduced constitutional Attorney Van Irion of the Liberty Legal Foundation (LLF) and Republican presidential candidate John Dummett (pronounced Dumay), the lead plaintiff in a class action complaint filed against the National Democratic Party, challenging president Barack Obama’s eligibility.
Van Irion and Dummett served the DNC at its office in Phoenix on Tuesday. Irion said they have filed an action in Tennessee state court as well as the class action complaint along with a motion for preliminary injunction filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He said the Tennessee complaint should serve as a model for complaints for all 50 states, as funding becomes available. I’d like to volunteer to be the citizen in the state of Louisiana to be represented in legal action that would prevent the fraud Barry Soetoro, a.k,a. Barack ‘King Hussein’ Obama, the ‘Manchurian’ Muslim from Mombasa, from being permitted to have his name put on the ballot in the upcoming presidential primary election as well as in a lawsuit against the Democratic Party to prevent them from attempting to contravene the Constitution of the United States of America.
