Louisville KY former Flight Surgeon, retired 10 years ago, current anesthesiologist and entrepreneur Todd House took this case on pretty much alone, using some of the DIY Ballot Challenge materials by FL paralegal Jerry Collette.  

We’ve written about this before, but haven’t heard much about it since, so we contacted Dr. House to see how things were going.  He has received the usual motion to dismiss already. He is experiencing a lot of pressure from professional associates, friends, family and community, who don’t know what to make of it. However, he told me that he took his officer’s oath seriously and believes it still applies.  Todd realizes that it could hurt his reputation and even his livelihood, but believes it is the right thing to do. He ruefully noted yesterday that the Founders had to make much greater sacrifices and that he is resigned to his lot. “I’m supposed to just sit in my office and let all this happen? ….Nathan Hale regretted that he had only one life to give for his country. I regret that I have only one reputation to give for my country.”  

He wants the case “matriculated” up to the Supreme Court, a body which he opined   “has gotta bite the bullet and uphold precedent on natural born Citizenship.”

Dr. House is trying to work with attorneys and would love to get some legal help.  Edwin Vieira, Herb Titus, John Eastman, what say ye?  In the meantime, he’s working with at least one other ballot challenge plaintiff that we know of.
