To State Election Law Committees of the Assembly and Senate or Their Legal Representative:
As a legally registered voter of California, I request you answer the following questions to the best of your ability today if possible.
Does the Legislature dispense with equal treatment of eligibility for a candidate based upon political favoritism in executing state election laws?
Is there a compelling state interest that eligibility requirements of a candidate be enforced?
Was it the intent of the California state legislature to pass laws to enforce Constitutional eligibility of presidential candidates only for the state elections officer and state attorney general to selectively enforce them?
If the State elections officer and the attorney general are not to enforce the Constitutional mandate of Article II, Section I on the CA state legislature, then who did the legislature intend to enforce eligibility requirements of presidential and other candidates on the State ballots?

Mr. Berg,I am sure you have been told this but still it bears repeating.Glen Beck nor Sarah Palin at the Restore Honor rally on Washington D.C. did not metionn about LTC Terry Lawkin and how he is literally putting his life and career on the line for this ????? who is in the office of the POTUSA. All of you listen to me if this man is put in prison for simply asking for the original long form birth certificate AND to prove in a court of law how is eliglable to be President when his father was not a US cizxten and his mother at the time of his birth was not old enough to confer citizenship to her son according to the immigration laws at his birth and to show how he could be still be eligible when his mother divorced her foreign born husband and married another person from another country and went to that country had her son citizenship changed. That ????????? must prove in a court of law that he is eliglable to be President according to the US Constitution.If not then LTC Terry Lawkin has a right and duty to disobey any order of movement from that person. Truly LTC Terry Lawkin has defended our US Constitution from enemies from within’. By God Grace that person will be removed from that office.IF NOT GOD WILL CHANGE THE FACE OF OUR MILITARY AND IT WILL SCARE THE ??? OUT OF US ALL THE ATTITUDES THEY WILL TAKE AND ACTIONS

A friend just fwerardod me this info about the new’ birth certificate. I haven’t seen mention of these things here, so thought you’d find this of interest: (Keep up the good work, by the way. I’d donate, however I lost my house to foreclosure and barely surviving)The problem with this new birth certificate is that it’s well .NEW. It lists his birthday as August 4, 1961, then list his fathers native country as Kenya. The problem with that is Kenya didn’t exist until 1963, it was British East Africa or East Africa Protectorate until then. It also lists the hospital of his birth as Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, which didn’t exist until 1978. Prior to that time it was Kauaikeolani Children’s Hospital. It’s is also dated April 25, 2011 with Dr. Alvin T. Onaka signing to the stamp of I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii Department of State Health . Being an abstract does not mean it real or official, it means it matches what is in the electronic system, which would have been put in some time after 1978 because of the hospital name, and as recently as April 25, 2011 because of the date, or any time in between.
