FRAUD ON THE COURT
ELECTIONS FRAUD
AIDING AND ABETTING USE OF FORGED DOCUMENTS
SIGNING OF A FABRICATED/ALTERED DOCUMENT
TREASON.
Dear Congressman Jo Bonner,
My name is Orly Taitz and I am an attorney leading several legal challenges to Barack Hussein Obama.
In one of such challenges an evidentiary hearing was scheduled for June 12, 2012 before Honorable judge S.K. Reid in Marion County Superior court in Indianapolis, Indiana. A number of individuals were subpoenaed to appear and testify and produce documents, among them Congresswoman Pelosi, (Hereinafter “Pelosi”).
Pelosi was subpoenaed as a former chairwoman for 2008 Democratic Party nominating convention and required to produce nominations of the candidate, which she signed, where she fabricated new certificates of candidate, not the ones, which were used previously and are still used by the Republican Party. In the new fabricated certificates she removed the words “eligible according to the US Constitution” in the certificates for Barack Obama and signed the altered certificates to 49 out of 50 states. The only certificate with valid wording was sent to HI, where Brian Schatz, former chair of the Democratic party of HI was apparently afraid to commit perjury and demanded proper wording from Pelosi.
When Pelosi received the subpoena, she defrauded the court and Honorable Judge Reid by writing that the subpoena was for her as a Congresswoman and not the chair of the 2008 convention and she defrauded the court by claiming that she did not have any documents. Kircher, Chief Counsel House of Representatives)
Please find following documents and affidavits attesting to the fact that Barack Hussein Obama is indeed using forged identification papers.
- Affidavit of Sheriff Joseph Arpaio of Maricopa county, AZ, attesting to the fact that Obama is using a forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service certificate and a forged Social Security number.
- Affidavit of Tim Adams, assistant registrar in HI, attesting to the fact that there is no birth certificate for Obama in any hospital
- Affidavit of expert Felicito Papa attesting to the fact that Obama is using CT SSN 042-68-4425 in his tax returns.
- Affidavit of Linda Jordan attesting to the fact that the Social security number assigned to Obama does not pass e-verify
- SSNVS (Social Security verification Systems) printout showing that the Social Security number used by Obama 042-68-4425 was never assigned to Obama
- Affidavit of scanning machines expert, Doug Vogt, attesting that the alleged birth certificate of Obama is a computer generated forgery
- DVD of the expert testimony at Obama eligibility trial in GA and press conference by sheriff Arpaio.
In light of all of the above information, the only reason for Pelosi to falsify the certificates of candidate sent to 49 out of 50 states, was her knowledge of the fact that indeed Obama is using forged documents, is not a natural born US citizen and is not eligible for the US presidency according to the US constitution. The only conceivable reason for Pelosi to defraud the court and defraud Judge Reid, was to cover up fraud committed by Pelosi in 2008 during the DNC convention.
Pelosi violated the code of ethics by fabricating/ falsifying the certificates of candidate and removing the words “eligible according to the constitution” out of them, sending a fraudulent certificate of candidate to HI and defrauding 313 million American citizens.
She violated the code of ethics by defrauding Judge Reid.
Pelosi violated code of ethics by being complicit and aiding and abetting forgery, Social Security fraud and uttering of forged documents by Obama.
Pelosi violated the code of ethics by committing treason against the United States of America and allowing a foreign national with forged identification papers to get into the White House.
Violations of ethic by Pelosi are so egregious that they warrant an investigation and an ultimate vote of impeachment of Pelosi. Due to egregious nature of violations, I demand an expedient handling of this complaint and a response from you in the next 10 working days,

Pelosi and other’s are traitors. They are arrogant and falsely believe that their crimes will go unpunished. Every elected official, every influential person, who facilitated Obama’s election to office are conspirators to treason as defined under the Constitutional in Article III of the UN Constitution. Since coming to office, Obama has aided and abetted our enemies; namely HAMAS, Muslim Brotherhood, and IRAN. He continues to fund Islamist who are committing Genocide against Christians in the Middle East and Africa.
I pray for Justice. I pray for the complete restoration of the Republic. Where are our brave FBI and Military Officer’s who took an oath to defend the Constitution against enemies both foreign and Domestic. Honor your oath!

I saw those certificates (the original and the altered) a couple of years ago and remember saying to myself, “Pelosi probably didn’t bat an eye as she committed this fraud, confident that she would never have to answer for it.” Thank you, Dr. Orly Taitz, for holding her accountable.

GO ORLY………………..BTW…. I think the reason the Republicans are NOT following up on this issue is due to the fact that they WANT Jindal or RUBIO, whom I like, but are not eligible either.
If they bring up Obama then Rubio should be in question also.
