Fair v Obama MD. Ballot Challenge Hearing

This is an outline I made of what I was planning on saying today at the Obama Eligibility dismissal hearing. I brought it out when it was my turn and asked if I could give the Judge and opposing Attorney a copy, so they could follow along. They both took the packet and followed along. I skipped some of it, but I tried to get in as much if the important stuff as possible. At the end, he told us that my packet was being entered into the record and that he wants to go through and read it, to be able to make his decision. If he “really” reads it all, I can’t see any way that he can dismiss this case, without clearing up the controversy, that continues to cause harm to the plaintiffs and all MD voters!

Just wanted to let everyone know…Today during my dismissal hearing I had typed up a brief that had a lot of new evidence and I was able to admit that into the record. The Atty Gen took about 5 minutes and really had a lame case (We go by this one law 8-502).I took about a half hour and was able to get loads of evidence on the record and showed them a dozen+ laws that they were omitting aqnd statutes they have broken.When talking about my allegations: Fraud, Negligance, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Nonfaesance, I was able to claim that they neglected their duties by adding an ineligible candidate to the ballot ((several laws I have say, they must make sure a candidate is eligible according to all federal law) and I was able to bring in NBC and Minor and the Civil Rights Act and 14th amendment debates and loads of other amendments and laws…I was able to prove Obama is not natural born.I was SOOO NERVOUS!But, the judge was looking at everything and said he’s putting it on advisory??? Something like that. Anyone know what that means? He said he wants to read over this case closely and then make a decision, because he said I had a LOT of there that he saw I didn’t get to.I GUESS THAT’S GOOD NEWS?Opinion and Dismissal decison is PENDING!PRAY EVERYONE, THAT THIS JUDGE HAS THE GUTS!!Tracy

Well, great job, it will be interesting to see the ‘ruling’ as the Judge sure had the book thrown at him. Those Judges have a hard time reading crime when a citizen is reading it to them rather then an attorney general sadly, especially in this case.
The only thing I didn’t like if there was one thing that seemed like a burnt french fry in the batch of good ones, pg. 32 “Since President Obama..”. Gosh I can hardly stand for the honor of the office to be bestowed upon a Usurper. Yuck.
Other than that you can be certain that you have done something here Tracy that your whole family can be very proud of. You did something our whole Country in its patriotic duty should be very proud of you for. If elected President I intend to award every Citizen who filed a complaint in the Obama Ballot Challenges or Courts an Honorable Patriot Award for distinguished citizenship.

WOW!!! Kudos upon kudos. I cannot see how any honest Judge can deny or dismiss your complaint. “Honest Judge” ??? But, aren’t all Judges honest? As we have seen throughout the many suits leveled against the man sitting in the White House, NO, not all Judges are honest. What manner of persuasion is being used to silence them? Someday I pray we will know. While the decision is pending, I will do as you have asked….”PRAY EVERYONE, THAT THIS JUDGE HAS THE GUTS!!”
The future of our country and freedom for our children and grandchildren may very well depend on it
