Faux “Constitutionalist” Congressman McClintock Defends Faux President “Obama” Eligibility

I used to admire Tom McClintock. He was my state assemblyman, before he termed out and went jurisdiction-shopping up north. Over the last few years, I have learned that he sometimes votes for unconstitutional legislation. Since 2008, he has ferociously and adamantly defended an unconstitutional President, seemingly with more fervor than he does the Constitution. Go figure.
His case when confronted on Obama’s eligibility was not unlike that of CNN’s:
1. Claims that the birth announcements prove he was natural born. Tom claims he personally ordered a search of the Library of Congress for them. He claims they secured hard copy newspapers, even though it is said no actual copy has been located. He asks how could “Obama” have known he would be President and placed them there? Har-har, gotcha, huh? Ignored are:
- A Certification of Live Birth (NOT a Certificate of Live Birth) could be easily obtained with only an affidavit. The birth announcement is derivative of that.
- Authenticity of birth announcement microfiche is unvetted.
- Birth announcement gave false address, where purported parents never lived, did not name the place of birth or baby’s name.
- Family did not know “Obama” would be elected President, but may have wanted to confer benefits of citizenship in the greatest country the world has ever known. Consider also that there is some evidence that “Obama” is older than he says he is. It is possible that a COLB was obtained well after he was actually born.
2. McClintock totally ignores:
- Forged “Obama” long form birth certificate image on whitehouse.gov, used by “Obama” to spike Donald Trump’s accusations.
- Forged draft registration
- Admitted foreign father and natural born citizenship requirements (read: http://art2superpac.com/issues.html)
- “Obama’s” proven use of stolen Social Security numbers, including 042-068-4425
- EVerify check Fail
- Ann Dunham’s lack of contiguous U.S. residence, coupled with foreign father, may have failed to confer NBC on “Obama.”
McClintock also expressed fears that attention on NBC issue detracts from focus on the issues, but:
1. We can walk and chew gum at the same time.
2. The issues are related. His lack of allegiance to USA is a major reason why he doesn’t represent our best interests.
I couldn’t help but notice McClintock’s obvious nervousness and defensiveness when discussing the issue. It is clear that we are making inroads. There will be hell to pay for clowns like McClintock, when the excrement hits the rotary device.
(Why do I often put “Obama” in quotes? Because we have no proof that his name was ever legally changed from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama.)

Tom McClintock must think We The People are complete idiots . This Rep . is just going along to get along . Anyone who has seen Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s news conference know that We The People have a fraud and usurper sitting in the White house going by the name of barack hussein obama using a stolen social security number , forged birth certificate and forged selective service registration card to prove he is a legal sitting US President . Mr McClintock should know news paper clippings do not take the place of a REAL birth certificate . And as for the argument about some knowing that Obama was going to be US President when he was born is an Alinsky tactic and the dumbest argument I have ever heard of . The reason why some one would want to be a US citizen back in 1961 and when ever is to take advantage of privileges of being a US citizen and not because they thought they were going to be US President some day .

“Birth announcement gave false address, where purported parents never lived, did not name the place of birth or baby’s name.”
Birth announcements were based on information from the LFBC. It shows mother’s address as “6085 Kalanianaole Highway” which WND showed was her parents address. She was living with her parents before and after the birth, and never lived with her husband.
But there was no way for the DOH to know that when they sent birth reports to the newspapers.

We’re not blaming DOH, we’re blaming the fraudsters. It has been established that they never lived there. It’s quite possible that it was a fraudulent document, if it even exists and in the form that was presented. Only a certified hard copy or vault copy is legal proof and vettable. Even if exists, it may have been fraudulently obtained. Even if it was legitimate, Obama’s father was a foreigner.

They didn’t live there. Where they lived was their correct address. In fact, it is unlikely that they ever lived together.

Exactly. She lived with her parents at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, the address on the LFBC and the newspaper announcements. He had an apartment on 11th Avenue.
BTW, the LFBC lists the usual residence of the “mother” not the parents or the father.

We know for a fact her parents lived at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway (per Polk Directory from 1961). The August 31, 1961 immigration memo specifically says that Obama Sr.’s wife and child were living with her parents while he lived at a separate address.

Really? Don Fredrick, the leading Obama researcher (www.colony14.net) and author of The Obama Timeline, begs to differ. He sent me this today:
Current long-time (since before 1961) residents of nearby 6075 Kalanianaole Highway state that the residents of 6085 in 1961 were neither Obama and Dunham nor Stanley and Madelyn Dunham, but Orland and Thelma Lefforge. Regardless of where Obama was born, in late August of 1961 his mother was living in a Seattle apartment (516 13th Avenue E), ready to begin classes at the University of Washington. (The telephone book entry is “Obama Anna Mrs EA3-3348.”)
If Stanley Ann Duhnam and her newborn lived with her parents, it was only for a few weeks. In late August, she and the baby were already in Seattle, where she was enrolled at the University of Washington.

Mr. Fredrick should get together with Dr. Corsi. On August 18th, 2009 he published an article in World Net Daily which included printouts from the Polk Directory of 1961/1962.
Here is what Dr. Corsi said,
“A search of the Polk’s Directory of Honolulu for 1961-1962 indicates 6085 Kalanianaole Highway was being rented by the grandparents. Madelyn L. Dunham is listed as a loan interviewer and escrow agent at the Bank of Hawaii, and Stanley A. Dunham is listed as a manager with Pratt Furniture.”
And
“In a separate listing, Ann S. Obama, Obama’s mother, is identified as a student living at the 6085 Kalanianaole Highway address; Barack H. Obama, her husband, is listed as a student living at 625 11th Avenue”.
When she moved to Seattle is irrelevant as it was after she gave birth and the issue at hand is whether the house on Kalanianaole Highway could have been the address on the LFBC.

“Forged draft registration”
The Selective Service Administration verifiied that Obama registered for the draft in 1980. In an August, 2008 e-mail to PJMedia they said he registered effectively in September, 1980. In October, 2008, the Selective Service Administrarion as a response to a FOIA request supplied a copy of his SSR card. That card has a ten digit DLN.
Here are his DLN and the DLNs of two other people who registered at the same Post Office in Honolulu.
Date – JUL 31 1980 DLN – 0897 080 653 (Oniwa)
Date – JUL 29 1980 DLN – 0897 080 632 (Obama)
Date – AUG 2 1980 DLN – 0897 080 613 (Henderson)
How did Obama get a 10 digit DLN that falls in the same range as these other guys? Remember this was released in 2008.
Here is Bruce Henderson’s Selective Service Number – 61-1125522-7 and here is President Obama’s – 61-1125539-1. Obama’s is in the range that was issued in 1980.
The SSR cards are stored on microfilm in two different Federal Data Centers, are you saying that someone broken in and replaced the microfilm rolls with one contain Obama’s SSR card?

Really? You are really out of your league, sweetie. Don Fredrick, the leading Obama researcher (www.colony14.net) and author of The Obama Timeline, begs to differ. He sent me this today:
On November 13, DebbieSchlussel.com broke the story that the Selective Service System registration form showing Obama registered for the draft may be a forgery. The form’s document location number (DLN), 0897080632, indicates a 2008 entry into the federal system, because the first two digits (08) indicate the year. Had Obama registered in 1980, the first two digits of the DLN would have been 80, rather than 08. Obama’s document also appears to be a 1990 form, modified to look like a 1980 form. The date the form was signed is July 30, 1980, yet the form has a date stamp of July 29. A retired federal agent had requested the Obama form via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). It took almost a full year for the document to be found and a copy given to him.
My understanding is that the 08 starting digits represent ’08, or 2008.

Additionally, Obama could not have filled out a form at a Hawaiian post office in July 1980 as he was already living in Los Angeles at the time, getting ready to attend Occidental College. CBS has reported that throughout the summer of 1980 Obama jogged on a daily basis with his Occidental roommate. Obama would not have flown back to Hawaii just to fil out a form – which he could have filled out at a Los Angeles post office.

Wile she did post the ssr card on 11/13/08, she also posted the letter from the selective service administration that detailed Obama’s Selective service number and the fact that the card was amiled to Stephen Coffman (Coffman made the FOIA request). That letter is dated 10/29/08. It confirms obama’s SS number as 61-1125539-1. This is the same number that the Selective Service confirmed to PJMedia in August, 2008.
The first two digits of the DLN are not the year. Linda Bentley of the Sonora News has published the ssr cards for other individuals who registered in 1980. Two of them (Bruce Henderson and Darrell Oniwa) registered at the same post office as Obama (Honolulu’s Makiki Station), both of their DLNs begin with 08.
The CBS story does not preclude Obama from having gone to Hawaii in July to visit his family.
Do you believe that someone replaced the two microfilm rolls at the Federal Data Centers?

Why did he use SSN# 042-68-4425 on a tax return and on his draft registration?
So, Soetotro would fly to LA. go back to HI a few weeks later, then fly back to LA again? He must have been even more flush with Communist cash than we believed. It’s rather unlikely.
Don Fredrick has already established the facts about the Selective Service registration.
