A citizen complaint was filed 2-16, by Mike Voeltz

2/9/12: A top flight attorney has told us that 2/10 is not the deadline, since there is no Democrat primary. He wants to key the filing date to a different event. I will not disclose the strategy here, but it’s a new game. Sam Sewell and Jack Mertz have been helping to build a coalition to support FL challenge. Others are involved. I will not mention other names for now.  We are trying to raise retainer funds. Contact Sam through http://thesteadydrip.blogspot.com. And move it fast, please. We are lining up funding for a case start.

Note:  Secretary of State’s response to complaints has been very unsatisfactory. Efforts have shifted to court filings. Two have been filed, with several more in work, as of 4-16-12.
