Regarding the Georgia Obama Ballot Challenge and related eligibility challenge ….
Some attorneys are concentrating on law defining natural born Citizenship, even conceding that the forged birth certificate is real. That might be a mistake, since it’s a proven fraud, but it helps prove their case that putative “Obama’s” putative father was not a U.S. citizen, therefore Obama is NOT natural born. There are other documents to help hoist “Obama” by his own petard on NBC, such as State Dept. records, Indonesian records, even Obama’s probably ghostwritten book. Attorney Orly Taitz has now seized upon the fact that “Obama’s” attorney Jablonski included copies of a putative Certification of Live Birth, as well as a copy of the so-called long form birth certificate displayed on whitehouse.gov since 4-27-11 and declared a fraud by many, many document professionals. An FBI complaint was submitted by Doug Vogt. I think he will submit an enhanced one with Paul Irey, if he hasn’t already done so.
Taitz claims that she now has an additional right to see the original, since an alleged copy was submitted as evidence for the hearings by Jablonski, conferring the right of counsel to access the source document. Others claim she only has a right to see an original certified copy. Since there is a compelling public interest to get to the truth, existing Hawaiian law should provide a path, but Hawaiian officials seem united in obstinate resistance and courts won’t force them, so far.
There is a possibility that Obama will turn out to have a different father, even two different parents from his official line. Some people maintain that if the BC is real, Obama Sr. is his legal father, regardless of who the real biological father is. Natural born citizenship law refers to blood and soil, not legalities of paperwork. But, it is not clear how it would be interpreted, if such an evantuality occurs. There is also a possibility that a court could rule differently on NBC than another court ruled before, although it would be illegal. But, hey, look at how many laws are unconstitutional and how many court rulings are? Some say the Constitution’s only an obsolete piece of paper, right? Grrrr.
If the above occurs, that could put a hole in the NBC case, so it’s good to have a backup strategy.

This is all well and good but the fact is that our comander. and chief King Barack Obama.Did not show up for a subpoena. I don’t want to argue if it was contempt or not because this was a hearing not a trial this man cannot be allowed to be on the ballot he’s an arrogant ass hole and if any way shape or form he can slime out of this he will be allowed to do anything he wants and we’ll be finished I finally wrote the Pat Toomey Charlie Dant and Bob Casey the Three Stooges called the attorney general from Pennsylvania to get him off the ballot here they said they don’t get involved in things like this we will all have to push this just to make sure he don’t get off the hook but keep writing and calling people this is a very big story this is a scary day for America hang in there people

I, LIKE RALPH, CONTACTED THE SEC. OF STATE IN PA AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. BUT IF ALL OF US KEEP AT IT IT WILL BECOME A NATIONAL ISSUE AND IGNORING IT WON’T WORK ANYMORE.
