Late this afternoon Mark Hatfield representing Plaintiff’s Kevin Richard Powell
& Carl Swensson filed three separate briefs to OSAH Judge Malihi.
The three filings are as follows:

Why is it none of the three attorneys are pushing for nullification of and an overturning of the 2008 election now that it has been proven to have been tainted by fraud?

Stephen: Because every such suit has been dismissed and only one I know of is even still in appeal. The strategy now is now ballot challenges, because they are easier to get standing for, handled at the state level. We’ll get him off the ballot in multiple states. THEN, the evidence in the record can be used to force ineligibility suits, or force him out of office, via hearings and/or massive bad publicity, as the truth goes public. Others, like John Dummett/Van Irion, are focusing on the Democrat Party as the perpetrator of massive fraud.

Thanks George, I asked the question with the thought in mind that nullification of the 2008 election would render all Obama’s appointments to his cabinet (including Hilary Clinton), the Supreme Court (Sotomeyer and Kagan), his army of Czars and Joe Biden’s election as VP to be null and void. I think regardless of whether the attorneys included this in their arguments or not eventually the dominos will fall in that direction anyway. I predict that very soon a lot of people will begin to realize they have signed their own ticket to the gallows.
