Illinois State Board of Elections Illegally Excludes Ballot Challengers Evidence That Proves Obama Not NATURAL Born, Asks For New Hearing

The Illinois Board of Elections has illegally excluded evidence from a hearing on Barack Obama’s Constitutional eligibility. Evidence was timely submitted by Objector Michael Jackson to the board as required by their Rules of Procedure, but they excluded the evidence that proves Obama is NOT a Natural Born citizen.
In addition,they also threatened Jackson with sanctions if he were to pursue an appeal in the courts. See transcript to see how Chairman McGuffage a licensed attorney disparaged and threatened Jackson. These hearings are supposed to be heard according to the law without bias. Jackson with meager financial means and without an attorney was afraid to lose what little he had, so he did not pursue the legal appeal that he could have under Illinois statute. They also refused to allow oral evidence to be given in a further attempt to cover up their crime of spoliation of Jackson’s evidence.
Consequently, the board illegally ruled to place Obama’s name on the ballot – illegal because of the crime of hiding evidence from public record and illegal because Obama is NOT a NATURAL Born Citizen.
Jackson is pursuing administrative remedies of filing an ethics complaint with the Office of Executive Inspector General and has contacted his representative. The state legislators also have a responsibility to ensure that elections are orchestrated according to the law.

What an abuse of power! Public servants were supposed to be accountable to the citizens…now a citizen can’t even get a complaint filed or heard at any level.
The law and the rights of the people are not what is written for all to see and understand but what some peon egomaniac employed withtax dollars has decide d it is. “1984″ is here in full force.
God bless this man’s complaint on the Ethics complaint. Sadly, in order for that to succeed you would have to find someone who actually had any ethics left and we certainly aren’t too successful in that department.
