The fact that a letter dated January 31, 2012 is sent out announcing a February 2, 2012 hearing by the Illinois State Board of Elections makes me very nervous. I may be paranoid, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this board rushes out a decision declaring Obama a natural born citizen before Brian Kemp, the Secretary of State of Georgia, announces his decision. That way if Kemp removes Obama from the ballot the Dems can howl that he is a partisan Republican making a political decision. I hope I am wrong.

I have the same misgivings. I think this may be an attempt to pre-empt the GA courts and set a legal precedent.

This has to do with the hearing in Georgia King Barack Obama did not show up for a subpoena in Georgia. And now you’re going to hold a hearing in Illinois will that’s just fine but Georgia is not Illinois King Barack Obama may own Illinois but he does not own Georgia he’s trying to wiggle his way out of this one till and he will maybe if Georgia don’t stand strong we are all done wake up people this is our last chance to save the Constitution from all the slimeballs let’s get togather throw them the hell out of the USA

I am from ILLINOIS and I do not nor have I ever support Mr. Obama. Do not think for one minute that the whole of Illinois support the politics of the ‘state of Chicago’. All of our laws and voting is due to upstate politics in which the rest of us underlings that reside outside of city(chicago) limits do not get a say in squat! We have now 2 governors in the state penn and obama from illinois senate which should not only be imprisoned, but tried with fraud, forgery and treason. This is Chicago politics..not Illinois politics.

So why is the Illinois State Board of Elections requiring a government issued identification for admission to the hearings? Won’t that “disenfranchise” some people that may have legitimate business with the board? /snark.

I was just advised that the precedents established be State Case Law are not binding on other States.
This means that relevant cases from other States can ONLY be cited for the purpose illustrating to the Judge how other States haved ruled on the same or a similiar matter.
For example IL could rule in favor of Obama with regard his ballot eligibility or his Natural Born Citizen status, but by doing so they would NOT be establishing a binding precedent that the State of GA would have to follow.
That is very good news indeed.

Patriots – what does it matter if the state of Illinois decides to allow Obama to remain on their ballot? They will be going against US Supreme Court precedent established in Minor vs. Happersett (1875), and they will be wrong!! Before we covered this ruling in our newspaper, we had our lawyers examine it cover-to-cover. They told us that this ruling builts a “very strong case against Obama” remaining in office. The only thing is if obummer is lying [again] about who his biological father was, but there is enough research by others and photographs to establish Obama Sr. as Barry’s old man – and he wasn’t an American citizen! End of story!
Let us pray that Judge Malihi throws the book at the usurper which will be a shot of adrenaline in America’s arm.

You just wait. Obama will shut down caoversntive talk radio yet. Right now he is just biding his time. Once his 3 FCC commissioners are in place, they will restore the fairness doctrine, impose local control, and shorten the license period – that is if Pelosi doesn’t do it first by legislation. Rush will be relegated to the internet. Of course Rush already has a profitable pay internet site, and he is the best positioned to make a total transition to the internet of all the caoversntive hosts. The team Obama will have to find ways to ban caoversntive ideology outright, so it cannot be disseminated in print, internet, or any other medium. They will do this, but broadcast is the low hanging fruit, so they will attack it first.
