Illinois: Illusions in Ballot Security

Presidential Candidate Ed Noonan told us about this BlogTalk radio show tonight, which I caught the latter part of and wish I could have started earlier:

Illusions in Ballot Security!

Steve Boulton will join Sharon Meroni tonight to discuss The Objectors and the filings today of the Citizenship challenges.
.
Other stuff was discussed first.  It was pointed out that in IL, candidates only have to submit a statement that they are qualified. No proof is required.
.
They also pointed out that challenges are often done to scare away legitimate candidates. This challenge is on Obama’s ballot signatures, not even eligibility.  The IL Election board supposedly cannot rule upon a Constitutional question, which is why they did it this way.

Obama Objection Filing

They just filed a petition for review of the dismissal of their eligibility complaint. Meroni v IL State Board of Elections now underway.  Maureen Kirby will hear the case.  Next- Appellate Court, then IL Supreme Court, if they will even choose to hear it!

  6. If O’Bama is an ILLEGAL/MUSLIM, he shouldn’t be allowed to run for re-election in any states. Obviously we are not going to IMPEACH him, as should have been done a long time ago, so the only way to treat him, is to stop his running for re-election in any state, he is not qualified. In fact, I can’t believe he made it into the office of the presidency, he had no thorough background check, and what little was available, there was nothing good.

What does this mean? Who dismissed the case and on what grounds? I hadn’t heard of this.

  16. BallotAccessNews is a great site. I just got a phone call from Richard Winger, who operates it. We’re going to meet up for fcofee in San Francisco sometime soon. The guy is like a walking talking political encyclopedia. :)

  17. The United States Political field has deteriorated over the past couple decades due to media bias. We need to rise up for our future and take back our world from Big Pharma, Big Tobbacco, Big Insurance and really just big companies. It’s time for our elections to cease being bought out.
