Illinois Obama Ballot Challenger Jackson Also Challenges Romney

Jackson filed his challenge to Obama on January 9 and now follows up with a haymaker directed at Mitt. Some of the “birther” experts have already opined that it’s a settled issue and Mitt is legal, based on painstaking geneaology and Mexican law research. However, they have NOT ascertained whether Mitt’s parents ever had any issues surrounding renunciation of citizenship and what their status was on Mitt’s birthdate. If Mexico did not permit dual citizenship then, there could be issues. One person opined that we would have to prove Romney clan members renounced their citizenship. Actually, if Mexico did not permit dual citizenship, he would have to prove that they DIDN”T renounce it, since the presumption would then be that they had to.
We understand that another team is picking up where they left off, for further research, data collection and analysis.
Santorum, Rubio and Jindal are also all up for grabs. Santorum has not proved his NBC. Rubio and Jindal did not have U.S. citizens parents when they were born. Many Repubs disagree that they are not natural born, ignoring centuries of settled law– and of course any sentient, informed, rational being now knows that “Obama” has failed to prove his natural born Citizenship status, but is being enabled by establishment figures everywhere, so far. What a wild ride 2012′s gonna be.
I think that it’s wise that we clear it up as soon as possible, dotting “i’s” and crossing “t’s,” so the Dems can’t repeat anything like McCain’s humiliating 2008 Senate hearing — and Senate Resolution 511, co-sponsored by none other than “Barack Hussein Obama”– oh, the irony!

Does Mitt Romney meet the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1, clause 5 as a “natural born Citizen?”
(Jan. 15, 2012) — Editor’s Note: The following ballot challenge to Willard Mitt Romney for President of the United States was filed on January 13, 2012 with the Illinois State Board of Elections in Springfield, IL. The notarized copy is found below.

My name is Michael Jackson. My residence is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I am a registered voter in the state of IL. I am a constitutionally law abiding U.S. citizen born on U.S. soil. My father was born in MO and born to U.S. citizen parents. Though proudly and thankfully I am a legal and lawful U.S. citizen, this I can attest to, but I cannot attest that I am a Natural Born Citizen as my mother was not naturalized as a U.S. citizen until after I was born, thus I could never be a Natural Born Citizen.
It has come to my attention that Willard Mitt Romney has been placed on the Republican primary ballot for IL as a candidate for President. Pursuant to Illinois Statute 10 ILCS 5/10-5 chap 46, para 10-5 said candidate “…being first duly sworn” and “signed” that said candidate is“…legally qualified to hold such an office”. With great concern to the yet unanswered question as to said candidate’s being “legally qualified to hold such an office” I am herewith submitting my “objector’s petition”

Either these congressmen, judges, lawyers, law enforcers, do not understand the constitution or they are in collution to purposely elect ineligible people to the Presidency of America. The founders had a darn good reason for writing that “only a natural born citizen” could be President. Look back to 1968 and google Mitt ”s father. He was going to run for President until this issue was raised! I studied the Constitution in high school…and I remember a lot of it, but even if I didn’t, I can read it again! Duh.
