The Illinois State Board of Elections today ignored Supreme Court Precedent Minor v. Happersett and declared Obama a Natural Born Citizen. The Board would not allow Michael Jackson to speak and illegally excluded his Exception from their ruling. Michael Jackson is disabled and needs a Constitutional attorney to take this to court ASAP. I spoke with a staff attorney at the Illinois State Board of Elections and, in his own mind, twisted and turned Minor v. Happersett around not to mean what it means. The same view was held by the other members of the board. This is what we call classic liberal spin. He was not aware of SR 511 which defines a natural born citizen and did not know about Obama’s fraudulent Certification of Nomination which excluded customary verbiage of being constitutionally qualified. Like so many Obama supporters, he tried to make the case of U.S. birth as the only necessary qualification. He didn’t want to hear about any forged birth certificates.

Social Security number on Obama’s Illinois application: Does the Illinois presidential application form require a candidate to provide his Social Security number?
If it does, then Illinois election officials should have the power to run a candidate’s number, like Obama’s number, through e-verify to check if the Social Security number is valid and not a fake or a stolen number.
If a presidential candidate like Obama fails the e-verify check, then he is committing fraud and should not be allowed to put his name on the Nov. 2012 presidential ballot.
Obama supporters may argue that Obama is a “natural born citizen” because he was born in Hawaii, but if Obama put a fake Social Security number on his Illinois application form, then he is guilty of fraud, and he should be barred from putting his name on the presidential ballot for Nov. 2012.

Did any of the Board Members know that to this day, the Federal Government considers native born citizens and natural born citizens two different things? Donofrio posted a link to a Federal Government publication indicating exactly that.

It was in Michael Jackson’s Exception that he filed but the board left it off the document list. he can definitely appeal it. they did not argue standing or jurisdiction. the only argument on the table is whether he is Natural Born.

That is only true if he can prove he is a citizen. He hasn’t even proved that he is a citizen, let alone a natural born Citizen.

Since Mr. Obama forwarded a copy of the birth certificate as evidence, one has the ability to verifiy that is a true and exact copy of the official records held in Hawaii.
Some forensic experts have claimed the birth certificate is fabricated from other documents i.e. a forgery.
