Dismissed on Procedural grounds. Unforced errors, if reporter is correct.
So far, I have read only this hostile report, which said, among other things, that the case was dismissed on procedural grounds and that plaintiff failed to establish why case should not be dismissed.

I could not believe my ears as the defense grabbed at straws , making the case about Obama being a nominee? Rediculous !? The proceedings were about one qualifying for being on a ballot, !? It flew in the face of Absurdity ! The two defense lawyers played with the terms, twisting and turning at the knat ! Keep in mind, a hearing “about” citizenship ! Not Nominee,,? Which by the way is nuts ! For one to be Nominated, one first has to be up for that nomination, A NOMINEE !! It does not matter if by appointment or any such nonsense !? When nominated you in fact were a nominee up for that appointment ! ( Clearly!)
… But all of that smoke and mirrors was simply a steering mechanism to keep the focus off of the case in point ! ( Citizenship and allowed to be on a ballot ) Stay sharp folks, they play the game and if we listen, get caught up in nonsense!
