At the beginning of yesterday’s hearing to determine the legal and Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama for placement on the State of Georgia ballot in November, Judge Michael Malihi was said to have read “the last paragraph of [Obama] Attorney Michael Jablonski’s letter” to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp. And in the barely 2 hour proceedings which reviewed 3 lawsuits demanding Obama not appear on that ballot, this might have been the most significant “statement” made by the otherwise reserved Malihi. Like Obama, Jablonski was a no-show in the Georgia courtroom, leaving Obama represented by no counsel at the proceeding. And although the judge adjourned the hearing with no decision, no ruling, in fact nothing more than a “thank you” to the participants, the last paragraph of Jablonski’s letter states “We await your taking the requested action and as we do, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26th.” Well Obama had been subpoenaed to appear in that courtroom. The subpoena had been specifically and without reservation upheld by Judge Malihi just 6 days earlier. So Obama was in obvious violation of the court’s order. So maybe, just maybe Judge Malihi read the final words of Jablonski’s hyper arrogant, “we don’t believe your little state or your silly hearing are worth our time” letter for the purpose of reading into the record the fact that it was indeed the decision of Obama and his attorney to NOT attend and to NOT honor legal subpoenas. And if that is the case, it means Malihi is clearing the decks for either a default judgment against the president, or the implementation of a legal remedy of some sort for Obama’s self-important refusal to appear or even respond to the proceeding with counsel. Naturally it would take an attorney to decipher any “legal” significance in Malihi’s actions, but through his past rulings the judge has made it abundantly clear that he will follow the laws of the state of Georgia to the letter and accept no grandstanding or phony arguments from either side, not even from a president. And it is against the law to ignore a subpoena, perhaps all the more so when the judge himself refused to allow Obama’s earlier request that the subpoena be quashed. It might be significant that Georgia Secretary of State Kemp backed Malihi to the hilt in his response to Michael Jablonski’s letter, telling the lawyer “…If you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.” In short, though you and your client clearly don’t think much of our state or its laws, we will conduct the business of both just as though you were mere mortals rather than privileged characters. When will Judge Malihi issue a ruling and what weight of law will it carry? Attorneys for both sides have until February 5th to present additional evidence for their claims. Soon after that we will know how determined the State of Georgia is in seeing to it their laws are obeyed…even by a president. The State Of Georgia better weigh that decision carefully because giving Obama and his lawyer a free pass would set a precedent and send a messege to the whole world that Georgia Adminstrative Law only applies to the little people.

Furthermore, Obama was confronted with the definition of what a “natural born citizen” is when he directly participated in the investigation of John McCain’s eligibility to run for the Presidency of the USA. Obama then signed Senate Resolution 511 from April 30, 2008 that reveals the indispensable requirement of having two US citizen parents in order to be a “natural born citizen” according to the Constitution of the USA and therefore to be eligible to run for the Presidency of the USA or to be President of the USA!!!!!
Therefore, once again, Obama knew very well that he FRAUDULENTLY decided to run for the Presidency of the USA despite the fact that he knew perfectly well that he was NOT a natural born citizen and therefore that he was not entitled, according to the Constitution of the USA, to be President of the USA.
FIRST CONCLUSION:
—Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and therefore he is not entitled to run for the Presidency of the USA nor is he entitled to be President of the USA, no matter the fact that he won the Presidential election!!!!
—Finally, Obama is a former lawyer and therefore OBAMA CONSCIOUSLY, INTENTIONALLY COMPLETELY DECEIVED THE ENTIRE AMERICAN PEOPLE BY RUNNING FOR THE PRESIDENCY OF THE USA WHEN HE KNEW PERFECTLY WELL THAT HE WAS NOT ENTITLED TO DO SO SIMPLY BECAUSE HE KNEW VERY WELL THAT HE WAS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, AS THE CONSTITUTION OF THE USA REQUIRES ONLY ON THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!!!!

1) Contact your governor, your senator, your elected representatives, the attorney general and any approriate officials and ask them to put in place a legal process to ensure that Obama is on the ballot of your state ONLY IF OBAMA HAS PROVIDED ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE ASKED BY THE PLAINTIFFS IN THE GEORGIA CASE AND THAT OBAMA HAS REFUSED TO PROVIDE.

2) In case your state would not have appropriate laws to do what is indicated in point 1) just above, ask the appropriate officials in your state to create a law that will grant your state the same rights than the state of Georgia has to fully check a candidate BEFORE he is put on the ballot for any elections, in particular for the coming election for the position of President of the USA.

Mike, thank you for your post. I cannot agree with you more. Please note that the second sentence of the 20th Amendment provides that: “,,, if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified”.
When a “President elect shall have failed to qualify”, it is clear from the text and simple logic that his mere “election” to the office of the Presidency, however vetted or not by state electors or officials and however counted, objected to or otherwise vetted by Congress, does NOT confer eligibility on him if he is not “constitutionally eligible” under Article II, Section 1.
He is therefore not “qualified” to serve as President, no matter the number of votes he received, his popularity with the people or any other considerations, political or otherwise, including the passage of time. When it comes to the Constitution, “you cannot make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”. It is the supreme law of the land.

Judge Malihi any other judges deciding an Obama eligibility case and interpreting the COTUS A2S1 eligibility, can come to one conclusion between two possible outcomes:
A. A natural born citizen can be native born of at least one US Citizen, opening the possibility of the other parent being a non-immigrant alien.
B. A natural born citizen is native born of two US Citizens.

If one is native born to two US Citizens, then he is born owing allegiance to the domestic power.

If the King Barack Obama is allowed to walk a way from this subpoena he will be able to do anything he wants. Hell why would you vote the King would win. We would be rounded up and put in jail for writing this. Who would help us Congress and the Senate may be the mainstream media newspapers fox news. The only people who consider them to be experts is other birthers. Their opinions will never, ever see the inside of a courtroom.The Social Security Administration has expressly stated that its numbering system is not reliable geographic data, and should not be relied on for such. President Obama’s social security number does not cross-index with a guy who died 30 or 40 years ago. Cite your evidence that it does. There’s no evidence Ayers forged anything for President Obama, just speculation.
