Kerchner Declares Romney a Natural Born Citizen

Not exactly a judicial ruling, but probably more reliable. We were suspicious, since Mitt Romney’s father, George Romney, was born in Mexico and we hadn’t seen proof he was an American citizen at Mitt’s birth. Cmdr. Charles Kerchner (USN, Ret.), known to many of you as a man who took an Obama natural born Citizenhip eligibility challenge suit right up to the steps of the Supreme Court, but was denied entrance, says he has gotten to the bottom of that.
My research and analysis report — Mitt Romney is a natural born Citizen of the United States:

I’m glad there is evidence that Mitt Romney is a “natural born citizen” as required in the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.
We do hope that Mitt realizes Senator Marco Rubio, who is otherwise a very good man and can be a significant leader of the U.S. Senate, but is not a “natural born citizen”. Marco was born in Miama, Florida to two Cuban immigrants in 1971. However these parents did not become “naturalized citizens” until 1979.
Therefore it is impossible for Marco Rubio to be classified as a “natural born citizen” of America.
I believe if parents became “naturalized citizens”, any child born after that event would be “natural born citizens” someday eligible to be President. But that is not the case here for Marco.
