February 1, 2013 TPATH – Everyone who knows of or who has heard Mark Levin may be under the false perception that he cares about this country, where it’s headed and the slow destruction of our Constitution. Of course it would be very easy to find oneself in that group, since his rants and raves seem to bespeak that allegiance. But his actions, his spineless avoidance of the one thing that could, if everyone stood together, actually stop Obama’s destruction of our country, has proven, Mr. Levin cares more about his personal wealth than he does about this country and the Constitution he continues to act as if he supports.
This so called fiery defender of our Constitution is a phony. Over and over again he references and espouses the merits and qualities of the Constitution while ignoring the most egregious breach of it this country has ever seen. This supposed “expert” and author on all things constitutional cares not about Article II and why our founding fathers meticulously authored the “Natural Born Citizen” stipulation. TPATH has written to Mr. Levin, several times and has asked him to explain just what it was that the founding fathers meant when they wrote that Article. Of course, we have never received an answer. Nor will we, ever, because like Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate, one does not exist.Levin not only refuses to discuss or explain his position on this issue but if anyone who does really care about this country and the usurpation of our laws, has the nerve to bring up the topic, that person is belittled and immediately dumped from the call. The message is, if you don’t fall in line with him and shut up about Obama’s false documents you are an idiot and need to be silenced.If there was any doubt that Levin has been ordered to avoid anything that references Obama’s crimes, just last week a caller, having a very educated and intelligent conversation with Levin and as a result of the trend of the debate, mentioned that Obama’s Social Security number had failed E-Verify. Instantly, the dump button was hit and the disrespectful comment that followed was this. Paraphrasing – Mr. Producer, one of THEM got through.So to Levin, anyone who dares consider, discuss or even contemplate that Obama has forged documents, has spent millions of dollars hiding others, is one of THEM!Just a quick question to the hypocrite; How many times in the political history of this country has the left not used, misinterpreted, exaggerated and exploited the smallest of missteps which may have been taken by a Conservative or a Republican? How many times have they actually invented things, banded together and relentlessly pounded the American people with them, until the fabrication becomes “common knowledge”?Yet, here we have a person sitting in the White House, clearly not eligible under our Constitution, forged then issued fake birth certificates, altered Selective Service records, has been using a Social Security number which was issued to someone in Connecticut and has never provided one credible piece of documentation relating to where he was born, and our so called leaders, both Republicans and phony talk show hosts have no ability to band together and use the only tool America has that could get this criminal out of our White House.Mark Levin, I am done with you. Your selective rants about the Constitution make me want to hurl my lunch. It is clear, you may speak loudly and you may seem to be passionate, but in my book, you are a spineless hypocrite.Finally you might be interested in knowing, Mark, about 80% of your audience is smart enough to know there is much wrong with Obama and his eligibility and probably be considered, one of them. Many of us remain being one of them, but I am no longer one of yours.
I don’t listen to any of those guys any more nor have I watched the traitors at fox for a long time

I used to be a fan of all of them but since not ONE of them has the courage to stand up and be counted makes all their other rants inconsequential. Very disappointing because I always perceived them as near saviors because of the courage I thought they had. I can only say that they have all been gotten to somehow, someway because there is SO MUCH evidence and no one will touch it. Painful when you learn your heroes SUCK!

Yea me too. There’s nothing but filth and the News including Fox is a disgrace. I wish WND would help Orly a little now. I know you said they had in the past but I really think she is close now. I’ve never seen such bravery as she is displaying I hope she don’t get Breitbarted. Marco Rubio is something I can’t post here.

Throughout the recent focus on the 2nd Amendment I’ve witnessed a lot of high profile folks grandstanding like they were wounded at the Battle of Lexington and Concord–”…from my cold dead hands,” “Molown labe!” Yet, it occurred to me that Article II is in the very same Constitution. I think that’s what you call situational ethics–no, that’s not it–the author here got it right. It’s hypocrisy.
Perhaps we should request from Mr. Levin all those parts of the Constitution he supports and all those that he couldn’t care less about.

I listened to the Levin bit and was disgusted. Like the rest of the conservative news people, they are all afraid, have been threatened. This is 1030′s all over.
I have noticed that over the past month, Rush is hinting at something going down. He is cleaver to keep quiet but people are getting pissed at what appears to be cowardice. Let us hope that these voices have a plan to nail this bastard ovomit. If the counter attack was done well, exposing the media, liberals who knowingly support this userper, it could be the total destruction of the liberals for 40 years of conservative goverance. If these truths were made known to the entire US population, most Americans would be really mad and never again vote left. let’s hope.

I’m so happy there are people in the U.S. who think like I do. I am more especially touched by those who are taking a stand for the Constitution and actually include Article II in that stand.
I believe whole heartedly our Founders and Framers new in their time patsies like many of the “conservative radio show folks”. Obama continually makes “Birthers” a mark, as his campaign manager released the “Obama shooting picture” and tweeted “skeet birthers” begin your photo shop remarks.
In truth, we are the bur under his blanket, but things always have a way of working out and no horse is happy with a burr under the blanket. Here’s to seeing Obama get bucked off. Keep up the good work.

I used to think Levin was one of us. I still watch FOX because there is nothing left to watch with any new content besides them. I quit believing in them (FOX) when they started pushing Marco Rubio when they know he is not Constitutionally qualified. My list of people to like or trust is very short these days. There isn’t a single Congressman/woman that I trust or respect because not one of them will do anything about our Constitution and eligibility. Unless something changes soon the light that used to be at the end of the tunnel will never return.
