Remember, all of these people are taking on our de facto (P)resident “Obama, ” against the opposition, intimidation, threats, vilification, boycott and ridicule of virtually the ENTIRE power structure of this country. Most of those are frantic to stop this investigation and its burgeoning support. It is very clear that The People want this investigation done. The Obamaballotchallenge.com team on the scene is recovering from a 900 mile one day roundtrip drive to and from Sun City, AZ with our crew of David Stewart, Tony Dolz, “Right View” and George Miller (AKA GeorgeM). That followed a Friday evening CA Tea Party event, from which we left directly for the long drive to AZ. Sorry our posting took so long. Video to follow soon!
Event summary:
- The big news was a huge, enthusiastic crowd of over 1100, many more turned away for lack of space. Some listened to the proceedings on outdoor speakers, in the blazing AZ sun.
- 1092 signed AZ inititative petition to help ensure candidate vetting action by Secretary of State, many turned away for lack of space. AZ residents, please sign ASAP!
- No MSM showed up this time. None. Bloggers video recorded event, such as Obamaballotchallenge.com, Western Center for Journalism, Article II SuperPAC, Tea Party Tribune. Are these becoming the REAL news sources?
- Not a lot of new evidence presented, but detailed summary of 3-1-12 conference, better explanation of past findings on birth certificates, Selective Service application, foreign student testimony, more corroborative evidence, some new stuff. We have an airtight case. The so-called birth certificate Obama and his handlers presented as proof—isn’t, except proof that he is a fraud. I’m still amazed at their bold “big lie” approach. Watch the videos of both press conferences, read the report, on this site from early March, for details.
- Forger identity may be known, being kept under wraps while more investigation is done, to reel in other criminals.
- Zullo, in response to an attendee question, stated unequivocally that all Kenyan “birth certificates” submitted to date are fraudulent. He also debunked videos of Obama purporting to admit he is a foreigner.
- The amount of ridicule and contempt for “Obama,” his enablers, MSM phonies, enabling officials, was palpable. The crowd was pumped, even joyous, in spite of opposition stonewalling. They can see the evidence against “Obama” is massive, damning, irrefutable.
- Chief investigator Zullo not interested in assisting failed ballot challenges trying to seize on Arpaio evidence as a”life preserver.” Says that should be done here in AZ, presumably referring to their own failed ballot challenges. I talked to him afterward and he confirmed that. When asked if he would work with us if additional assistance was provided to the Ken Allen or other state efforts, he said yes.
- Selective Service Administration is still stonewalling the Posse on all attempts to inspect the “Obama” SS application. Posse has already determined that the FOIA copy is an obvious, bad forgery. SS told him there is nothing wrong with the application and that the Posse can submit any complaints to the FBI. Talk about lying and passing the buck in the same letter. A new letter was sent asking the SS if they have the document. We have yet to hear back from the FBI on the 2011 Doug Vogt birth certificate complaint.

- Jerome Corsi reviewed most of the 685 microfilm rolls of inbound airline passenger arrivals from abroad in 1961. Interestingly, the one roll missing was August 1-10, 1961. That is around and not long after the alleged date of Obama’s birth. Some claim he was born in Kenya and that the mother brought him to the USA, although a mother transporting a newborn seems like a stretch. The mother was determined to be studying at U Washington shortly after the alleged birth.
- O’Reilly, CNN and other Obama enablers claim that the so-called “birth announcements” said to appear, but never confirmed, in newspapers- actually glorified supermarket flyers- in 1961, are proof of Obama U.S. birth and trump the forged birth certificate. Zullo mentioned that the short form COLB could be obtained with no actual proof of U.S. birth and that this loophole was widely abused. Newspapers then list all reported birth certificates– voila- instant citizenship. But not natural born Citizenship, Barry. Document serial number is also out of mandated chronology sequence. (By the way, those announcements do not list the place of birth, name of baby and they display an address the “Obamas” never lived at).
- Sheriff Joe talked about the investigation and events leading up to it, including the Surprise Tea Party petition, assignment of the Cold Case Posse team and its extended network of about 3000 people- ALL volunteers. He mentioned that ALL of the key TV MSM, such as ABC, CBS,, NBC, Fox, had been invited– none cared to show up. There has been much harassment, legal and physical threats. The bottom line is that there is STILL only one official; investigation of “Obama’s” eligibility. Only one official in the country has had the courage to do this. There would be no investigation at all, if not for the Sheriff. It seems not only that he is “America’s Toughest Sheriff,” but America’s Sheriff. Period. Joe thanked beautiful Ava, his wife of 55 years, referring to her as a “Colonel” in the Posse.
- Although Posse reports, news releases, interviews and presentations speak in legalistic terms, such as “probable cause” and “likely,” it is very clear that they believe, and have demonstrated, that the clown in the White House is there under false pretenses. He is a fraud, a usurper.

Sorry, but I feel that the petition to the DNC is a waste of precious time. It will just end in stonewalling. The Democrats have no intention of giving in on this matter.
The hard truth of the matter is that the Democratic Party WANTS the Constitution to fall, and so couldn’t care less about ‘hair-splittings’ like the original definition of a NBC. They/liberals have spent years playing legalese games over ‘strict construction vs. broad construction’, ‘originalism’ vs. ‘a living document’, etc., pretending that the Constitution is something less than a contract between the States and the federal government, which, thus defined, would require all parties to the contract to agree amendments to it. They want it changed by SCOTUS fiat/’interpretation’. The best thing that could come out of this current kerfuffle would be that it will smoke them out as to their intentions – either to rewrite the document in a Constitutional Convention (making of it a ‘positive’ document rather than a ‘negative’ one), or to go to a ‘direct democracy’ structure for the country. That would finally bring everything out in the open.
Not a bad idea. Help us get down to basics. Whither you go, America…

I was able to attend the event In Surprise (AZ) and I was SO encouraged by all I heard. Mike Zullo always does such a good job.

Actually, Selective Service didn’t say there was nothing wrong with the application.They used weasel lawyer speak . What they said was :
“This Agency has no evidence that President Obama’s 1980 registration is not authentic”
By saying it this way – using a double negative ( even though Sheriff Joe presented them with the evidence ), they are not committing themselves to saying it is authentic ( if that is what they truly meant, they would have just come out and said it was authentic ). They know it isn’t and if they went on record and said it was, when the truth comes out, the Director of the Selective Service would become culpable. The main insult in this response is that in Arpaio’s letter to them he never asked the m to determine if his card was authentic or not – that was to be done by his forensic experts. what he asked them was for access to the card and for them to determine when and how Obama’s Selective Service Registration card was submitted to the Selective Service System and
entered into their records so that he could be assigned a Selective Service number. Thus, their whole answer was non-responsive to what he requested – which is what everyone expected it to be seeing as Obamas boy is the Director.

I would like to show my support for you pbiulcly, however this would cost me my job. We the deputies and the citizens of Twin Falls County need and want, not only change, but also leadership as well because we have none. It’s time for a true LEADER, which will bring honesty and integrity back to the department. I only wish we could support you out loud. Rules only apply to the select few and I know you will be fair to everyone in the department with equal rights, promotions, and not just the good old boys. The citizens of this great county have a right to know that the sheriff’s office needs a major overhaul. There are more cars now than ever before, and why did the current sheriff buy himself a brand new Chevy Caprice? We have numerous deputies assigned to detectives but only a few are allowed to actually perform their duties. The drug problem in this county has gotten worse since Tom Carter has taken office. Tom Carter has not kept any of his promises that he made when he ran for sheriff. I have had the privilege of working with and knowing Jack Johnson. I know that he is a man of honesty, integrity and his morals are of the highest caliber. There are so many deputies in the sheriff’s office that are ready for Sheriff Jack Johnson to take office. You have our support.

I am starting to wonder when Sheriff Joe is going to name persons of interest in his investigation and when he is going to start to bring some of them in for questioning.
This ‘trail by press conference’ thing might help to keep Obama from getting re-elected but it does nothing to bring the guilty to justice.
Could it be that Arpaio just doesn’t know who forged these documents?
Why does it matter anyway?
It is Obama and his co-conspirators who have presented these fake documents to the American People. They are the ones who have made false statements about these documents authenticity. They are ones who are claiming that these documents are valid proof of Obama’s eligibility. That is called fraud.
If I buy something with counterfit money and I am arrested, the prosecution does not have to prove that I printed that money myself to put me in jail.
They only need to prove that I knew it was fake money, and that I tried to pass it off as real money to obtain goods and services. (mens rea and actus reus)

How much evidence is needed before something can actually be done to remove him for the White House?
The FBI has a 22 page, well documented criminal complaint of the forgery for over a year now and they do nothing.
Every member of Congress has received multiple letters from constituents outlining all the evidence and they do nothing.
The matter has been presented in court after court and before multiple elections officials and it is thrown out or ruled against on the most absurd grounds.
When is someone going to actually do something? Do the American people have to go to Washington in a mass of bodies to demand arrests or do it ourselves?
This is beyond ridiculous now.
