As reported here Linda Jordan was sanctioned nearly $13,000 for challenging Obama’s identity document fraud and placement on the ballot in Washington state. Linda hired former Washington Supreme Court Justice Richard B. Sanders from the Goodstein Law Group to fight the outrageous fees levied against her. Attorney Sanders filed on behalf of Linda a motion to modify the ruling and provided the Washington State Supreme Court with proof the state of Washington overcharged Linda Jordan nearly $10,000.

This defense is atrocious and insulting to Mrs Jordan. Her attorney is basically agreeing her suit was frivilous. That is ridiculous!!! Her case has merit, This attorney should challenge the court to prove it was frivilous giving her the opportunity to present her case. At that point only 1 of 2 things would happen. Obama would instruct his goons to drop the request for costs OR she can present her evidence to show it wasn’t frivilous. Mrs Jordan wins either way then. Even $2000 is TOO MUCH. I think her attorney is just part of the set up here. He is getting her to pay a court cost fee AND admitting to a frivilous case.
