  1. Today I met with representatives of the Alabama Secretary Of State’s Office in Mongomery, Alabama. I personally handed my complaint in the hands of Jean Brown, Chief Legal Advisor to Beth Chapman, Alabama Secretary Of State.

My complaint is now “Public Record” with the State Of Alabama. I also handed to them the signed affidavits from Linda Jordan and Susan Daniels detailing BHO’s bogus SSN and his E-Verify failure in connection to his bogus CT SSN.

They, The Alabama Secretary Of State’s Office had no idea that his SSN was bogus. I had to explain the situation to them and they were unaware of BHO’s activities.

They suggested that I pass this information to the Alabama Democratic Party’s offices and go further with them as well. They also asked me if I was going to seek a suit in court. They were reading my mind.

They wil pass this information to the SOS Beth Chapman and I will hear from them very soon. They hinted about filing a suit which was very interesting.

  2. Some states like Hawaii have statutes requiring that all ballot applications and letters of certification from DNC and State Democrat Committees must reference “as required by Article 2 sec.1 clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution”. Federal Constitution also leaves to the states the responsiblity to vet candidates for the Presidency as to all constitutional qualifications, including “natural born citizen” (See Arts 2, 4 and 6, et al).

In addition to Minor v. Happersett (88 U.S. 167, 1874) in which Chief Justice Waite defines NBC as “born in the country to two citizen parents”, Revolutionary Period historian, Dr. David Ramsay wrote an essay in 1789, sustaining this meaning of NBC. Dr. Ramsay, a physician from South Carolina, has also written a History of the Revolution, and History of South Carolina. A critique of the essay may be found on the blog of Mario Apuzzo, Esq., at puzo1.blogspot.com. Ramsay is reported to have attended early confederation and constitutional conventions.

The Governor’s office should be apprised of the issue of vetting any presidental candidate in respect to the above qualification.
