Welcome to New Hampshire Project- Ballot Challenge

New Hampshire takes great pride in having the first and most visible Presidential primary in the nation and a long, honorable tradition of a democratic Constitutional republic state. Every four yeas, all eyes focus on its early presidential primary, used by candidates, parties and voters alike to assess candidate strengths and weaknesses.

The state, like all others, put “Obama” on the ballot in 2008 without incident, in spite of major questions about his eligibility. The Attorney General failed to act on complaints. In 2012, it’s a very different story. The eligibility movement continued the struggle, in spite of the election and inauguration taking place and all legal challenges being dispatched on questionable grounds, while those who continued to object were marginalized, demonized, or ignored. The damning evidence of “Obama’s” ineligibility is growing. The “New Hampshire 9,” a group of legislators strongly opposed to “Obama’s” campaign, on eligibility grounds, has continued the fight, seeking to change laws and influence people to restore a Constitutional Presidency.

Pamela Barnett, founder of ObamaBallotChallenge.com, found out about a planned meeting of the NH Ballot Law Commission on 11/18/11. She informed eligibility attorney Orly Taitz, who quickly filed a complaint, as others did, too.

Orly’s complaint was heard at the hearing, attended by an overflow crowd of about 100. She presented overwhelming evidence that he has not established his eligibility and has committed massive electoral fraud, along with criminal identity/document fraud for many years. The Commission, Assistant AG and Asst. SOS, were all hostile to the complaint, claiming that it was not the Commission’s job to disqualify a candidate for eligibility reasons and that an application and $1000 fee were all that were required to get on the ballot. Orly pointed out that candidates had been ejected before and that NH law specifically called for U.S. Constitution Article II natural born citizen eligibility criteria. Within minutes, the Commission had rejected the complaint, followed up with a written ruling and later rejected a subsequent request for rehearing.

Later, it came out that the Ballot Commission was illegally constituted, broke laws prohibiting political contributions, ignored its requirement to use NH Chapter 655-17-b eligibility requirements and was less than honest, since Presidential candidates had been previously been disqualified on Article II natural born citizen eligibility grounds.

Orly Taitz filed a petition, to overturn that decision, with the NH Supreme Court, since the Ballot Law Commission rulings were in blatant violation of multiple NH laws and the U.S. Constitution. Although NH 655-7 says no court can overrule Commission decisions, there are provisions in Supreme Court rules for dealing with out of control agencies.

On 12/24/11, Taitz filed an emergency petition to stay the decision to put Obama on the ballot, or alternatively, not to count Obama primary votes until the issue is resolved.

On 12/27/11 The NH Supreme Court denied the appeal and reliance upon court rules 7,10 & 11. Taitz had told us on 12/25 that this was expected, that she was planning on going to the Supreme Court and that Justice Breyer is the first designated case reviewer.

On 1-3-12, Several NH Reps announced, then held a press conference (also see video) to explain the situation to the world. about 20 media people, more reps of both parties and citizens were there. The fraudulent candidacy of “Obama” and legal points were explained, along with criminal violations by SOS, AG and the Ballot Law Commission.

Multiple media articles have already been released, some linked elsewhere on this site in NH Ballot News section. The blogsphere has significant activity.

There may be further actions, by multiple parties, involving legal, administrative, legislative and federal action.

Laws broken in NH Obama Ballot Challenge rulings (so far)

It doesn’t seem possible to stop the primary now, so efforts will shift to the long game, to build public outrage nationwide at this miscarriage of justice, strike him from other state ballots, reduce the number of Obama votes and ultimately, get him off general election ballots, or nullify his votes in any election held.]

It seems that multiple NH Sheriffs have noted the fraud surrounding Obama being put on the ballot and are contemplating action.

So far, we haven’t seen any action in filing criminal chares against Brad Cook and his Ballot Commission fraudsters, nor AG and SOS officials, who have allegedly violated multiple criminal violations of NH statutes. At least two lawyers ran away from taking cases already, that we know of.

James O’Keefe exposed more shameful corruption in this year’s NH Primary, with documented instances of numerous dead people voting.

Now, we learn that NH AG Michael Delaney intends to investigate and punish O’Keefe’s troops for the unforgiveable crime of exposing this. In the meantime, all the other crimes remain univestigated and unpunished. Joe Farah of wmd.com writes about it.

Other actions are planned and more are under consideration, which we will not mention here at this time. Stay tuned.

A challenge can be made to a candidate anytime the qualifications to hold office are in doubt. For state elections a formal challenge should be made in writing to the Ballot Law Commission. In the case of a Presidential Primary the challenge should be made to the Secretary of State.
