New Hampshire State Representatives Challenge
State Attorney General on Election Fraud Investigation
Today concerned New Hampshire State Representatives delivered a signed affidavit to the State Attorney General Michael Delaney, stating that in 2009 Representative Larry Rappaport, Mr. Lucien Vita (now a State Representative), and Representative Carol Vita met with New Hampshire State Attorney General Michael Delaney and argued that they believed Barack Obama was not eligible to be President of the United States and requested that Attorney Delaney launch an investigation of Mr. Obama’s credentials. The three believed that the people of New Hampshire had been defrauded by Mr. Obama’s candidacy. The Attorney General stated it was a federal matter and refused to investigate.
We believe that according to the United States Constitution (Article ll section 1 paragraph 5) “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
A natural born Citizen, as defined by the U.S. Supreme Court in “Minor vs. Happersett”, Vattel’s “Law of Nations”, and the 2008 (S.Res. 511) Senatorial resolution, is one wherein both parents of whom were Citizens of the United States of America. According to the record, Mr. Obama’s father was born in Kenya. He never was a Citizen of the United States of America, making Mr. Obama ineligible to be a Presidential Candidate on the New Hampshire ballot.
Our attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. had previously delivered a written request to the Secretary Of State requesting him to review the challenge to Mr. Obama’s eligibility to be on the New Hampshire Ballot. The Ballot Law Commission met on November 18th to review our complaint. We were represented at that hearing by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. Our complaint was denied, but there appears to be an inconsistency in the process of the challenge. According to the Assistant Secretary Of State, Karen Ladd, and the Ballot Law Commission, they testified that they can only rule on the Ballot Petition making sure it is filled out properly and is accompanied by a check for $ 1000.00. They claimed that it is not in their purview to determine if a person is a Natural Born Citizen. However, the inconsistency becomes obvious when the record shows that on November 15th. 2007 the Secretary of State’s office ruled that a Mr. Sal Mohamed was disqualified, and on July 19th. 2011 a Mr. Abdul K. Hassan Esq. was denied a place on the Presidential Ballot because they were not natural born citizens. Both letters were signed by Karen Ladd Assistant Secretary of State.
Despite what we consider overwhelming evidence, our attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. was denied by the Ballot Law Commission, then was denied a rehearing, and filed an action before the New Hampshire Supreme Court where she was subsequently denied. We can provide copies of her challenges.
The oath we took when we were sworn in as legislators was to uphold and defend the Constitutions of both the United States and that of New Hampshire. We believe it is our duty as your Representatives to support the Constitution and to insure that anyone seeking the highest office in the land is qualified to be on the New Hampshire “First in the Nation” ballot.

I have been a licensed private investigator in OH for almost seventeen years. I discovered that Barack Obama has been using a fraudulent CT social security number since the mid-’80s. I have reason to believe that it was previously issued to a CT resident. I can document my allegations. When the number he is using was issued in March 1977, he was a fifteen year old high schooler in Hawaii. Social security numbers were issued then based on the address provided by the person applying for it. I believe he is using someone else’s number to hide something in his past. To misrepresent himself in that manner is a felony.

I want them to investigate if there was a Conspiracy to cover-up both Obama and McCain as Ineligible to be president by both Democrats and Republican elites because they found out that McCain was in question AFTER the Senate approved him and that kept Obama free from scrutiny because the democrats had this Questionable research on McCain and told him they would pitch it to the Public and wipe out the republican party if they said anything about Obama not being eligible .

This CNN article is just one person’s opinion. Mario Apuzzo, Esq,, who has researched this matter extensively, has another, more definitive perspective on the matter. The matter requires being dealt with in a court of law, to be taken ultimately to the highest court in the land. The judicial branch of government is stonewalling, and not allowing justice to be served.
Justice denied is injustice. It is time for The People to act.
All power to these State legislators in New Hampshire. They need to be joined by other such elected patriots in other states, for The People to take the country back from its usurpation.
If the political parties have to declare to State Secretaries on the eligibility of their candidates to run for various offices, then those states have standing in the matter, if there is a question raised as to the accuracy and honesty of such declarations. That question has been raised in the matter of the eligibility of Barack H Obama, and the devious filings by Nancy Pelosi for her Party, which are part of the public record.
The People need to move on this matter, with or without the judicial branch of government doing its duty. If it chooses to avoid its duty, after all avenues for a redress of this grievance are exhausted by The People, then it is their right, nay their duty, to act on their own recognizance. And tempus fugit.

This is a crime of major proportions. It must not stand. Or the rule of law is completely finished in the country, and it will become the plaything of despots. Has become. Unless The People set things to right in the Republic. Anyone within driving distance, please try to be in Concord Tuesday morning. Those who can’t make it should be telling THEIR officials to take action and contributing to organizations who are DOING something about this. It is now time for ACTION.

I’ll bet Mr. .50 cal has no clue who the local Republican Committee person is for his dsitrict.If you just hide for 3 and half years, and have no involvement in a political party, other than a voter’s reg card … then why in the bloody hell do you think your opinion on who should run for nomination will be a factor in choosing candidates?Allowing the state governments to meddle in the nomination process was a big mistake. Contributing party members should just choose a candidate, and let the voters make their decision in November.All parties should be treated like minor parties as far as the .gov is concerned.
