Tonight, we say goodbye to 2012 – Tomorrow, the Fight Begins!
The leadership at Patriots Union, Veteran Defenders and now The North American Law Center are 100% committed to taking the fight to the enemies of freedom and liberty no matter the odds.If by chance we do not succeed, do not blame leaders of these organizations or the 10% of our members, all of whom are doing all they can to protect the future of freedom and liberty.

Blame the 90% of members and ALL of the so-called “patriots” in the country who have failed to come together and stand tall in a unified and directed strategy.

Today, we released this NOTICE to be served upon every member of the US Congress before they confirm the 2012 election.

We have also made a constituent version available for ALL members to send to your House and Senate Reps.

At the very least, use the constituent version to send to your representatives in DC, no latter than Wednesday the 2nd.

If you can, help raise financial support for this and other vital actions to follow at The North American Law Center.

Next, 2013 state legislative sessions will open beginning in January. Make sure that YOU are engaged in passing The Balance of Powers Act in your state, as without this piece of vital legislation, NO other state bill intended to protect the people of your state can withstand the federal government and their corrupt federal courts.

Last, we intend to file the Criminal Complaint as soon as we have raised the funds needed to see that initiative through.

We will also launch a Second Amendment protection suit as soon as we can.

We are far past pulling punches here. EVERY American that is not part of the solution, IS part of the problem.

If you intend to be part of the solution in this country, RENEW -DONATE and RECRUIT more real patriots willing to stand and fight! Take responsibility for organizing in your area and passing The Balance of Powers Act.

If you cannot help financially, put your boots on the ground. EVERY member can do something and all of us must DO ALL THAT WE CAN!

General Welfare and the Fiscal Cliff

The leftist push to bludgeon “the rich” with targeted excessive taxes is not only a fiscally unsound strategy for solving our massive spending crisis, it will be a direct violation of the general welfare clause found in both the preamble and Article I – Section VIII of the U.S. Constitution regarding the enumerated powers of congress.FULL STORY

Let’s Give Up on the Constitution

So says a Georgetown University Law Professor!

AS the nation teeters at the edge of fiscal chaos, observers are reaching the conclusion that the American system of government is broken. But almost no one blames the culprit: our insistence on obedience to the Constitution, with all its archaic, idiosyncratic and downright evil provisions.FULL ANTI-AMERICAN RANT at NYT
