     It is an initial filing only the preliminary hearing will be set by the Judge on Monday when he signs the OSC that will then be served. What I really need is $$$ to help copying and mailing. I have to pay for experts plane fare and exhibit setup for a trial say no later than December 4 because the election is on 12-7
