Obama and Biden Indicted by Grand Jury
(Ocala, Florida, October 30, 2012). Larry Klayman, the founder and chairman of Freedom Watch today announced that President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden have been criminally indicted for having willfully released classified national security information concerning the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound, U.S. and Israeli war plans concerning Iran and their cyber-attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities. The release of this information, among other harm to U.S. national security, resulted in the killing of members of Seal Team Six by terrorists and the arrest and imprisonment of American covert agents by Pakistan, such as the doctor who aided the CIA with regard to the bin Laden assassination. U.S.-Israeli war plans with Iran have also been compromised.
A true bill of indictment was issued by a Citizens’ Grand Jury in Ocala, Florida, who reviewed evidence and voted unanimously to indict Obama and Biden at 6:02 pm on October 29, 2012.
The authority for a Citizens’ Grand Jury can be found at www.citizensgrandjury.com.
The criminal defendants, Obama and Biden, will now be given notice of their indictment, arraigned and then tried for their alleged crimes.
Mr. Klayman, the Citizens’ Prosecutor, issued the following statement: “The Citizens’ Grand Jury, after having deliberated, yesterday issued a true bill of indictment. See www.citizensgrandjury.com It did the work that the government should have done, but does not have the integrity to do; that is hold these public officials accountable under the law. For far too long, government prosecutors, who are put in place by politicians, have looked the other way as high public officials like Obama and Biden violate the law to further their political agendas. Now, as a result, the people must therefore exercise the rights given to them by the framers of the Constitution, and themselves take legitimate measures to restore the nation to some semblance of legality. This indictment (see www.citizensgrandjury.com) of Obama and Biden is just the first step in a legal revolution to reclaim the nation from establishment politicians, government officials and judges who have represented only their own political and other interests at the expense of ‘We the People.’ Obama and Biden will now be tried in a court of law and I am confident that they will be convicted of these alleged crimes.”

Florida law, as far as I am aware, does not provide for grand juries. The function of a grand jury is typically to examine evidence of a crime and formally “indict”, or accuse, the suspect. If this grand jury has not been empaneled by some judicial official, they have NO power. If a group of irate citizens bands together and calls itself a grand jury, that doesn’t make it one. However, at the state level, the use of grand juries is left up to that individual state.

If prosecutors do not act, which will probably be the case, then there will be a Peoples’ trial.

I believe Barack Obama is a traitor to the nation, I believe he may well not meet qualifications to hold the office of POTUS. At this point in time he DOES hold that office. Since he is the president, he has unqualified authority to declassify ANY information he deems appropriate.

Obama would need tyo go regardless of citizenship status, because he is acting against the best interests of the American people and unconstitutionally as well. Yes, predecessors have also acted unconstitutionally, but Obama has taken it to a new level and generated enormous opposition. Next week at this time, we will be discussing how to mitigate the damage of the “Obama” era(error), as it rapidly winds down.

By far, the most amazing to me is how is this even close election! HOW???!!!! I mean, I’m sure we can agree that Kool-aid is refreshing sometimes, but after awhile you’ve got to know that you’re ..sick of kool-aid???!!! Its not rocket science, how can this administration fool so many people? AND THEY BELIEVE IT! I recently saw a post on fb that said, BO could go on national msm TV and kill his wife and kids and skin/eat a dog and he would STILL be elected!

Where were these concerned individuals when Cheney and Bush decided to out Valerie Plame? I don’t remember any “Grand” Jury in that situation even though a secret agent was made known to the public and the enemies of the US. How many other agents in foreign lands were compromised and had their lives put in danger if not ended by such knowledge? Where were you very patriotic fools then?

While this is an appropriate gesture (too little, too late) it will never be enforced. It is an empty gesture. What law enforcement body will arrest either of these douche bags? NONE! Already there have been court cases related to obama thrown out because judges are corrupt and do NOT follow the Constitution. There isn’t any judge who will oversee this and follow thru with the remedy. Impeachment is not possible because obama is NOT the president but a usurper pretending to be the president. You cannot and MUST NOT impeach him for if you do it lends credence to his “presidency”. All the bills he signed that became “law” are null and void. If impeached those laws stay on the books think obamacare.
Sadly, I do not see anything coming out of this other than words.

1. Like it or not, he’s the de facto “President,” even if illegal/unconstitutional.
2. It is unlikely we will remove him before the election, but the publicity value of exposing his criminal actions can be considerable– IF we all get te news out to the public.
