Obama’s attorney, Florida Bar member Mark Herron, submitted a “response” to the hearing petition that the judge’s original decision to dismiss the case had been correct.

How MUCH longer does America have to listen to All of Obama’s LIES to cover up for his INCOMPETENCE and FRAUDULENT ways ? The bottom line is he is not eligible to occupy the WH because he is not a natural born US Citizen. If he would happen to be eligible why does he spend MILLIONS to hide the very records proving otherwise? He is such a PHONY and still within the government being allowed to have access to all of the secrets, there is certainly something “rotten in Denmark” and it does not take a genius to figure out that he is phony. So when can Congress get rid of HIM?
