Obama Ballot Challenge Filed in Illinois based on forged birth certificate

Challenge made to Obama’s eligibility in Illinois after they accepted his forged birth certificate as proof that Obama is a NATURAL Born Citizen to get ballot access there in the primaries. This case is one of only two cases that the the forged birth certificate was entered into court by the Obama defense. Michael Jackson and two other Illinois registered voters made the challenge that has a hearing in Chicago and in Springfield (teleconference) Monday, Sept. 17 at 10:30. Supporters can go to either location for the hearing.

I would like to think that their being proof that the birth certificate is forged that witnesses from Arpiao’s posse could be called and that would compel the court to rule against Barry.
Although I doubt it will happen. Let us pray that this court does the right thing!!

Jackson’s earlier objection didn’t go so well, did it? From the hearing on February 2:
“CHAIRMAN McGuffage: “No. No. This matter is — it’s a birther objection.These types of objections are not relevant under state statute and we don’t need to hear anymore about this. In fact, we’re getting sick and tired of having these objections filed every couple of years,and they have no basis in fact or law. If such an objection was brought before a court of law, there would be sanctions imposed. Okay. So I don’t see any reason to hear any testimony from the objector.”
I predict that the transcript of the September hearing will read pretty the same.

We know this will be thrown out, I lost all confidence in the justice system. It’s ok, to cheat, to forge, to steal, as long as you buy the people off. Is there not one decent percent left in this country.
While the ambassitor was getting knifed in his behind, our secretary of state implied it was our freedom of speech that caused this tragedy. I really feel sorry, that this can happen in this country.
