Biased Indiana Elections officials call objectors “birthers”, don’t address and matters of law and ignore evidence that Obama is using a social security number that was never assigned to him. When Obama started using this stolen SSN he was most likely an Indonesian citizen as State Department documents prove that he was known as Soebarkah.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news today, but I was along side Orly Taitz as she did a hell of a job bringing up the subject of Obama not having a valid social security number at The Indiana Election Division Hearings’ candidate challenges. I am not sure of the name of the older Democrat on the panel of Election Board, but he basically stated that “how does a non-valid social security number from Connecticut keep Obama from Being a US Citizen ( and therefore President of the US)?” My jaw about hit the floor!!! Nah, no fraud here!, keep moving along folks, keep moving on. Orly gave more evidence( she brought along with her) to the panel besides the over 200 pages of Georgia Court case where many experts in their respective fields testified under oath to the fact Obama is a fraud. The chairman said the extra info could not be used as evidence!!!
Another dem on the election panel said most of the GA Court pages we turned in were not validated & did not have anything to do with the case, and basically it was a setup from the get-go. As Orly presented her case as a witness for us (since she was at the Ga Court Hearings last month), the tempers started to flare on both sides. One gentleman in the audience stood up and told the Chairman that he was being rude to Ms. Taitz and then we all took a 10 minute recess to cool our heads. Well, after Orly explained the connection to Obama’s fraudulent social security number, birth certificate from Hawaii, and mother’s record’s-it did not matter. We lost the challenge 4-0, and get this… There were all of the local tv channel’s cameras around the perimeter taping the proceedings and there were media people on each side of the election panel…but during our brief 10 minutes-that is all the time the Chairman said we would get to present our case- all of the tv cameras disappeared and most of the media left!! Nah, there is no conspiracy here. No media to even interview us after the verdict in the halls outside of the Indiana House Chamber of the Indiana Statehouse. This Country is screwed, blue-ed, and tattoo-ed. This Country and The Constitution is over if Obama gets in one more time. Time is running out. Let’s pray that Sheriff Joe of Arizona has better news for us all. God Bless K. S.

to protect and preserve this fraudulent usurper. Such behavior in
the past has lead to unprcedented violence in various countries. We
are being harassed and provoked. I, too, am looking forward to
Sheriff Joe Apairo’s announcement next week. In the meantime,
may we all stay strong because truth and righteousness are on our
side. And God bless Orly – she is a jewel and I’m proud to have
her with us.

Any State law regarding a procedure for vetting a POTUS or VP must require birth, immigration and naturalization history of the Candidate, the Candidate’s parents and the Candidate’s Grandparents.
A POTUS/VP Candidate must be Three-Generations Removed from a non-citizen to be Constitutionally eligible.
Barack Obama II, fails POTUS eligibility by one generation, but his two children, native born in the US to two US Citizen parents are natural born citizens.

They will keep on pointing to the Ankeny case – wrongly. One election official said to Taitz – are you aware that an Indiana court ruled Obama a natural born citizen ( referring to the Ankeny case ).
Excuse me ? I don’t know if this election official even bothered to read the case. She was probably using the WH talking points. The court never RULED that Obama was a NBC. What they ruled was that the governor cannot be held responsible for vetting presidential candidates. PERIOD. That is what the case was about – not whether or not Obama was a NBC. NBC was mentioned in dicta – wrongly. They never even say directly that Obama was a NBC in their dicta. They were slippery on that. They talked in generalities. Even if you were to take the courts dicta that being born in the US is the same as NBC, there was NO EVIDENCE presented to the election commission that Obama was born in the US. The Indiana election commission are just a bunch of political hacks.

Until We The People find a court and a judge that will uphold the US Constitution and the rule of law nothing will change . These judges and political appointees need to know the oath they took is not a formality but a duty . When a judge says he is not worried weather obama is using a stolen social security number or not then that judge should be removed from the bench . His job is to enforce the law and not make social decisions .

I am curious as to the Arizona hearing on Thursday. Not one mention by anyone. That includes Ms. Barnett. Why are you blocking out your own case? If it was cancelled and/or lost, let us know. We are on your side. Why leave us in the dark?

For the second time in recent history Obama failed to appear for an Administrative hearing.
Instead of entering a default judgment against Obama and holding him in contempt of court the Administrative Officers in Indiana found in favor of an absent defendant and threw the case out dismissing all the evidence and testimony as hearsay and inadmissible.
This is the second or perhaps third time that an Administrative Court has shown extreme favoritism towards Obama and extreme hostility towards the plaintiffs.
