   According to Article II of the U.S. Constitution AND the 12th Amendment – if 1/3rd of the States do not cast their votes in the Electoral College — then the matter falls onto the House of Representatives to choose the President.

   So it might be more effective to appeal to the electors of the Red States where Romney wins to NOT cast their electoral college votes — then the electoral college does not meet the requirement as defined in the Constitution. And in such a case, the electoral college is thereby null and void. The matter then goes to the House.to choose the president
   All we need is 17 states electors to refuse to cast their electoral college votes!

   PLEASE CONTACT THESE 17 OR MORE STATES IN WRITING TO WITHHOLD THEIR VOTES!

   Help to write the letter of appeal and give us the address so we can send them to the electors.

   George, I’ve been e-mailing the state governors in the 23 red states won by Romney – excluded Montana because of that idiot’s speech at the DNC – as well as the governors in Florida, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin to tell their electors to stand down because of the flood of reports on massive voter fraud committed by the Democratic Communist Party. Imagine, if 27 states refuse to participate! Am I dreaming? I’m trying to make it happen. Getting to the electors is very difficult, but the governors and the senators in these states – which include the great Jim DeMint and Rand Paul – just might make it happen. We must never surrender!!

   I’ve known for sometime that Mister Obama is ineligible to hold the office of President. That COLB on a white house website is a poor forgery and fraud committed by Mister Obama.

   He is in no way eligible because of his father being a British subject when born, and that makes him not a “natural born citizen” of any country in the World.

   P.S.
   Obama is NOT an African-American. He is a British-American. It is a huge mistake and poor education for any BLACK to think for a moment that Mister Obama is what they labeled themselves (African-American).

   In days of Slavery I’m convinced Obama is a descendant of those in the region of now Kenya, formerly British Protectorate of Kenya, that captured, traded or then sold Slaves.

   How else did the Grandfather who served in the British Army, was sent to Prison by a British court-martial, and then somehow became an owner of a lot of Land and had 5 to 15 wives?

   This is f’ing brilliant!!!!! Why no one has thought of this before is beyond me. I hate to think of all those wasted lawsuits in the federal and state courts, when the Orange County Board of Supervisors had the jurisdiction and authority all along to boot out the President.

   Kudos to Mr. Lerner.

     LOL, Jeremy. You demonstrate little understanding of political theater and even less of how the local levels and grassroots are the ultimate authority which enables and legitimizes federal power. This is an educational and consciousness-building exercise, one more step in delegitimizing what is now occurring on the federal level- evidently lost on unconscious, brainwashed, statist obots. Hopefully. they will awaken, while there is still a country to save. The audience for this was real and potential patriots.

     I suggest that you do not pass go, but go back and learn our Constitution, Declaration of Independence and what it really means.
