Yes, Thank God for Brian Kemp….Every State within our great country should have a Brian Kemp, for he truly displays True American Patriotism. Do hope other Secretary of States follow his example. This man, Obama and all of his appointees and many others within our House and Senate had disgrace our Nation beyond measure for their lack of Allegiance to our great country. We must all keep on bombarding our elected official with issue that are unconstitutional, for this is the only peaceful means of saving our country from destruction. “In God We Trust.”

Mr. Kemp’s response was courageous! One can’t even get a network like FNC to cover this. They all think that because the birth certificate problem was “solved” with an obvious fake, the Consitution is no longer relevant. I’m from New Mexico, and we’ll be anxiously awaiting an answer from our own Secretary of State whom several of us have written about eligibility of all candidates.
Any candidate even for Vice President or Speaker of the House should have to meet the same requirements as the presidential candidate, Republican, Democrat, or Independent. Matters not.

Well, that’s not quite right. The constitutional requirement for president is natural born citizen, and the Bill of Rights call for the vice president to have the same qualifications. These two offices require a higher standard of citizenship, House and Senate members must be (just) US citizens. But your point is well taken.
Brent Baier on Fox has run the Georgia matter a couple of times and papers across the country have picked up the short, slanted AP story in recent days. But the media lockdown has been a bigger mystery to me than Obama’s nativity. Why the cover-up?

I just emailed Brian Kemp to thank him for taking this strong stance to insure the hearings in Atlanta are not suppressed by team Obama.
It is great to know we have a Secretary of State of whom we can be proud. It is time to uphold our Constitution and send a message to the President that he is not above the law.

Brian Kemp dose as you say” Rocks” Bloodless Coup , But we better hope that the fraud obama dose not pull an LBJ for the simple reason it will make it that much harder to prosecute him and those that help him commit this fraud on the American people and the US Constitution . Obama needs to be Nullified so that everything he has done wile illegally holding office will be Null and Void . The two Supreme Court Justices he nominated to the court will be gone . If this case gets to the US Supreme Court this fraud obama has the court stacked in his favor if those he put there remain .

We should be careful to not expect too much. It’s entirely possible that we will witness a little theater and, in the end, Obama’s name placed on the ballot anyway.
For there to be any credibility there must be 100% transparency regarding the court process and all evidence presented must be made public. If there’s even a whiff of any chicanery or special treatment it will only further intensify the controversy.
Suppose judge Malihi’s report to Secretary of State Kemp is adverse for Obama and recommends that Obama not be placed on the ballot. The Scty. could decide otherwise and place Obama on the ballot anyway. What then?
Then Obama and his enablers will say “you had your day in court”
This is of concern.

Yes, I have read Kemp’s letter. And no, I do not believe him to be a plant.
Nothing would surprise me when it comes to Team Obama. In my opinion, he is on a mission… a calculated ruthless mission. I wouldn’t put anything past this group.
My concern is that “pressures can be brought to bear” and even the best can falter.
Although I’m braced for disappointment, I hope and pray otherwise.

Malihi listened to the “evidence” and will consider and make a statement on it. The statement will likely be something like “given the nearly-incomprehensible list of things Ms Taitz wanted addressed in today’s hearing, I have no choice but to select the issue of the definition of a Natural Born Citizen as the one to focus on. The court should not and cannot make any decision on “fake birth certificates”, “fake SSNs”, “no one at Columbia or Harvard remembers him” or any other tin-foil hat garbage.”
Now THAT will be disappointing to the nutbags who think this is a real issue. Can’t wait.
