Dismissal of the challenge to President Barack Obama’s presence on the Kansas ballot Monday provoked an angry reaction from people skeptical the Democratic Party’s nominee is a U.S. citizen.Secretary of State Kris Kobach, chairman of a three-person panel hearing the ballot complaint, said he was satisfied with documentation received since last week affirming Obama’s birth in Hawaii.

Their response to allegations that the birth certificate was forged was to claim no jurisdiction. This stinks to high heaven!

So Kansas, under the Full Faith and Credit Clause, accepted Hawaii’s verification. That’ll be tough to challenge in court.

This group of wheat shocks wouldn’t know a pile of manure if they fell face down in it.
I’m sure Orly well presented the case that the BC was a forgery. But, it must have filled the bill for ID anyway !
So, according to the wisdom of this group …
(like the three monkeys… “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” In this present political climate, that depiction takes on special relevance.)
ANY citizen of the US can be president.
I am really glad that is settled. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

Pete Bennett, You & I must have gotten the same warm & fuzzy feeling after reading this garbage. This is truly the land of the little girl from Kansas who visited the Wizard & the Wicked Old Wtich. I vaguely remember the movie & was never too enthused about it. Orly Taitz didn’t have to take all that she did off of these yokels. She would have been smart to quit when security told her that their arguments had to quit & they went outside.

NOT meet the established definition of a “Natural-Born Citizen” . The
definition IS:
“One born IN a Country” In ADDITION TO having “parents who are both
citizens”.
It does not take an Attorney to understand that.
This was affirmed in Minor v. Happersett. See also Art.2,Sec. 1 and Art.
1.Sec 8 of the USConst.
Obama,Sr was a foreign National who was not naturalized. You,as well as ALL
other respective Secretaries of State should NOT allow Obama on the 2012
Presidential Election Ballot. If it is eventually found that Obama IS a
fraud,and I believe that it will be,that would make you and others subject
to allegations of Misprision of a Felony (Election Fraud) and Complicity.
The definition of an NBC is SO SIMPLE that you,ett al,will have NO
affirmative defense for looking the other way on Obama’s crimes. As a non
bona-fides occupant of the Oval Office Obama is a Spy and a Traitor under US
Law. See 18USC,Part 1,Chapter 115,Sec.2381 and the UCMJ at Art. 902.102.
Please note that Obama now stands accused of Treason and Election fraud.
