ObamaCare Declared Absolutely Void in Federal Court

This is a true statement, but you need to read it carefully. It says: “ObamaCare Declared Absolutely Void in Federal Court,” NOT “ObamaCare Declared Absolutely Void by Federal Court.” It means that a lawsuit has been filed in Federal District Court to that effect. On closer examination, the suit says and demands a lot more!
It claims that the law violates Constitutional principles, which it does, that it was passed illegally, which it was and that all previous Obamacare opposition suits were fatally flawed, using the wrong parties (!).

OK, that was the good news. Now the bad news:
- It is part of a huge, complex lawsuit which as one of its main premises, claims that government-sanctioned abortion has sunk our economy, demands a return to a precious metals monetary standard, demands changes in the welfare system and twelfth Amendment enforcement, as well as ruling both Romney and Obama ineligible to be President. While many of these are laudable goals, this is a bit ambitious for one case and likely to make more enemies and get stopped, than just going after one objective.
- It is not backed, to my knowledge, by heavy hitting legal talent, money and political support, like previous cases were- not to say that support couldn’t be gained.

Its success may be driven by whether it can gain legal, financial and political horsepower to refine it and push it along –and how badly the power structure might really want to get rid of Obamacare and/or “Obama.”
Everything this criminal usurper has put an unconstituional pen to is NULL and VOID.
Do NOT participate in the criminal dictates of this treasonous government.
They are committing Treason every day that obama is allowed to sit the oval office illegally, the foreign policy is continued to murder innocent men, women, and children, the federal reserve continues to violate the constituion with the fiat monetary system.
This government is in violation of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independents.
